I ordered a custom photo gift for my sister’s birthday. The quality is outstanding and it arrived right on time. She loved it!

Had a demo custom Photo shirt made. Had they provided a proof, I never would have accept. Horrible!!! Cut the bands name partially out and cut out 2 of the 4 band members. Contacted them and have yet to hear back. Never again!!!

I have ordered custom popsockets from other companies and had great success. I went with this company because the reviews were good and the price was right. I feel silly because in my rush to get my Christmas shopping done I didn't see it was a Chinese company or the reviews here. My order arrived later than I originally expected based on their website estimates. When it arrived the image printed cut off part of the picture. I tried to talk to the company about a refund but they offered a replacement. They sent me the preview image again and guaranteed it would arrive correct. The replacement arrived and it is still cut off exactly as before and the whole picture has a blue/purple tint which looks weird/cheap. If you are buying this as a gift I would suggest looking elsewhere. At the time I purchased the item wasn't on sale so I spent $15 for a very crappy, popsocket. If I'd know how bad the printing was I would have never ordered. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service about a refund.

Worst experience ever. Please don’t buy from this company. Seems to me fraud/ scammed. I would highly recommend this to not buy anything from here. I ordered back in 2month before never received the item. Keep giving me excuses. Now delivery company said they will return to the seller. Sent several emails messages but no response

Don’t waste your money here!
I have placed an order and have emailed twice for updates, no update. I asked for an update or a refund and they won’t give me either. Customer service basically sends generated messages out with no information. Worst service I’ve ever received! Don’t waste your money here!

Their website shows 2-5 days for production and 5-10 days shipping. I ordered a blanket 26 days ago, I still do not know if or when I will receive this item. I have messaged customer service more than 10 times, all I keep getting is your package is on its way with different excuses every time. They refused to refund, I highly recommend not using this company

This is a Chinese company. Buyer beware!!!
Purchased a custom super hero blanket. Beyond disappointed! Looks like a child has sewn the blanket together! The sems are different colored and don't match the rest of the blanket.
Thus is supposed to be a gift, completely embarrassed to even give it to the person it was meant for!
You really need to do better with quality Assurance! Especially for the price I paid!

Though the wait was long but when it arrived I was so happy to see it and it was whaooo.

This is my 3rd order.
I'll definitely come back but please no more long waits.

Still waiting on Christmas gifts I ordered on 12/11. I upgraded to VIP service hoping it would ship out faster. If it wasn't coming from China maybe it would have. It wasn't even shipped until 12/22. I am now following the tracking and it is still in China but has been to like ten different cities! Seriously?? I told my gift recipients that they were going to have to wait for their gift to finish its tour of China because I know there is no way I'll be able to get a refund because it was custom. So irritated right now! Had I known it was coming from China I would NOT have ordered from them. Next time I will do my research and not use a company based in China.
UPDATE: Finally received my items on January 5th. Just as I suspected the quality is not good. I had ordered one item in an adult xl but there is no way it will fit the person it's intended for. What a waste of money. I will be re-ordering the items from a different site. Oh and the company would not refund the expedited shipping fee I paid for saying the shipping was within their guidelines. Wow, they consider 2 weeks to be expedited!
