something wrong with this company, i bought gift card from this website , and the gift card can not use
asking by mail,cause dont have live chat, since a month ago no solution for me. just got the email that ask me for waiting and waiting

PLEASE READ AT THE END: I had an unpleasant issue with a second order (# 6160067f8a55e: the first was a small test one that went through) of a voucher bought in BTC equivalent to some thousand eur of value. It has been 4 days that the dashboard shows it payed and the only answer from the customer service is "will let you know, we are having issues with the provider" which sounds scammy. I will update the review once this thing is sorted out.

UPDATE: The issue has been solved and I'm glad I was completely wrong probably due to a bit of anxiety related to the (for me) large amount of money involved. Will keep using your service. Problems happen, but it's how you fix that makes a provider reliable and giftoff has proved to be super efficient.

So I quickly wanted to cash out my bitcoins and looked at trust pilot for reviews which was very good for gift off. Fast and efficient service will use again. Also great support.

Excellent - Just Works

Have only spent 50 quid so far with no issues, but intend to spend more.

Most importantly they accept Bitcoin Cash BCH (via Bitpay) at negligible cost ~10p

Pretty fast. Shame there aren't more cards to choose from but so far so good.

Although it has been a while, have used this service about 50 times (mainly Amazon vouchers) when crypto was high, and it is/was legit.

Have never asked for a refund myself, although on normal gift cards in high street refunds are not even acceptable, so at least there is some come back.

When I have queried a transaction I found their customer service excellent and any issue promptly resolved.

I took the time to write this review because I hope their business model continues to be successful, as well as does crypto currency and blockchain in general!

I was skeptical about this service but its really what it says on the tin. As im in portugal and have await a new bank card to be sent to me from england, there was no other way for me to buy clothes that i needed if it werent for giftoff. I purchased a primark E gift card and recieved it within 5min and it worked fine just had to tell the staff the code on the card which was emailed to me! Brilliant service very happy, only buy it if you know you will spend it as refunds are tricky by the looks of the negative reviews other than that cant fault it at all. Made my holiday much better

Gift Off is a scam.

They took £290 from me and refunded £170.

I have to admit that I was anxious about the reliability of sites like GiftOff but I wanted some way to cash in some of my unexpected Bitcoin investment. I bought a £500 Argos voucher which cost me £511 in total and put it towards an iPhone X, which isn't a bad conversion rate, especially since my original investment was £40! It took about 14 hours over a Saturday night/Sunday morning from paying to receiving the voucher code, I would expect that an office hours, weekday transaction might be faster. All in all a very easy and satisfying interaction. I would say 5/5 if the waiting times and fees were explained better on the web site but definitely 4/5

I jumped in to the world of Bitcoin a bit too quickly and quickly found that getting your money back out was a lot harder than putting it in! I found GiftOff in a forum as a spending solution for UK Bitcoin owners and can only sing its praises.

The process is quick and simple with great integration of BitPay for manually processing the payment. Voucher arrived 15 minutes later and code accepted into my Amazon account immediately - turning my money back into something I can use, rather than a virtual balance.

Was a bit skeptical but went for it anyway and bought Amazon vouchers (UK) using some bitcoins I had bought when the price had bottomed out.

Began with a £100 voucher. Transaction went through quickly, then had to wait a few minutes until the bitcoin transaction cleared. Took about 15 minutes then my voucher code appeared on the GiftOff website. Used it on Amazon.co.uk no issues whatsoever.

Left it a day or two to see if any issues came back to me from Amazon but they didn't. Bought more. Same process and no issues at all.

Did this several times until I'd used up my bitcoins. All went through smoothly.

Very pleased on two counts - 1. Wasn't ripped off. 2. Finally found a way to use up bitcoins!

Will use again, I'm sure.
