This us the second time I have ordered some engraved compasses as a graduation gift for a course I run. Unfortunately, the delivery got lost in Royal Mail transit, but rather than an anonymous "tough we're an online business!", Neil could not have been more personable and helpful. The products are superb, the service stellar... what are you waiting for?
