The only thing I’d ask to improve on is to get confirmation of dispatch & some sort of tracking, but it arrive quickly so no issues at all.

I’m rating this survey a five star because of the quality of the product. I have purchased six Tilly pig piggy banks and they were a big hit with the parents. It’s a great way to teach this next generation the value of saving money for things you want. We all agreed on that. Plus there adorable. On another note I had a bit of trouble with delivery to the correct addresses but Jonny’s sister promptly resolved the issues and everything went well. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have bought 4 Tilly pigs for my grandchildren and have been very happy the last one came with a crack they sent me another one which had more cracks the 3rd one they sent me was perfect. Customer service was amazing they never asked me to send them and never charged me I did however send them pictures of the damage would definitely recommend this company

I have ordered from Jonny Sister before…
I have ordered from Jonny Sister before and the product had the wow factor. However, I share some other reviewers concerns. I am a returning customer that ordered over the weekend when they were closed. I realised very quickly I needed to change the wording on my Blue Plague. I have msg them 3 times with the same automated A1 response. I have also sent a Email direct, again with the same response that some will be in touch. I even gave my phone number as they do not have a customer service phone number. That was Sunday. Monday afternoon still no response and I do not know if they have changed the wording on my original order which is concerning. Lovely products but the customer service as others have commented is lacking. As I write I am still waiting for a response after now 4 attempts to contact them to see if my order has been changed. Frustrating is not the word!

I can’t believe the price, the plaque is perfect, 10 out of 10 (the only thing I would ask for and if possible, holes to be pre-drilled if you wanted it wall mounted).
