The customer service representive was very helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order but they arranged my refund quickly and with no hassle. Very pleased.

I want to make sure I give 5 stars to my service rep!!! Even though the product didn’t look exactly like what I was expecting - the customer service was wonderful. They were respectful, considerate and responsive. Their follow through along with multiple solution really gave me, the buyer, a choice of how I wanted to proceed. Thank you!!

It came looking like a child put it together and came late. They said they were going to give me a discount for it being late an never did. I waste my one Christmas gift for my boyfriend on this.

While the product I ordered was not acceptable, the customer service in solving the problem and receiving a full credit was outstanding.

Do NOT order the team whiskey glasses. They are just glasses with a poorly applied sticker with bubbles and pieces chipping off. They are charging $30 at half off and they are not worth $3. DO NOT BUY!!!

The recipient of the first just opened up today and so embarrassed as to what I actually received. The glass has lettering crooked and letters cut off. It looked nothing like the photos!
The glasses have no color nor does the box- plain brown. Email for support non deliverable.

Had problems with shipping but when I contacted them they handled it ASAP. Definitely would recommend them.

I had a question with a glass I bought. Since it wasn't exactly what I thought it was they gave me a 25% discount and I kept the glass. Then they offered me a 10% discount in my next order! This company stands behind their products and aims to make their customers happy! Will definitely buy from them again!

However, they responded to all my email messages to them promptly, kept me aware of the status and issued my refund as soon as I explained I could not wait any longer. I had concerns about my order when it arrived. I sent an email to Giftsur not really expecting to hear back from them. To my surprise, I received an email back from Charlotte with different options for me. I feel a company is only as good as their customer service and Giftsur has proven to me to be a trustworthy company.

If I could give a negative number it would be the lowest number ever. The Whiskey Glass that I bought for my husband with his favorite team does not look like what is on the website. When I finally got it which was Dec.22 2025, after waiting for 2 months I cried all night long. This was not what I ordered the glass has stick ons which a 9yr old could do. Faded and horrible looking. I am so disgusted with this company I wished their was a way I could get my money back. Horrible products please stay away from ordering from this company they are based out of Korea if I read the package correctly. But it was the lies saying these are hand painted no there not their stickers. Stay away from this company.

Love the item I received. It is the perfect gift for my Red Sox fans and reasonably priced. Customer Service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Needed to cancel an order because it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Customer service was very responsive and offered multiple options to resolve the issue.

I ordered 2 whiskey glasses on November 20 but did not receive any confirmation email. I sent an email through their website on December 6 asking for an update. I sent screenshots of the transaction that came out of my bank account and what I ordered. The glasses arrived a day after I needed the gifts. These whiskey glasses are very disappointing. The quality is poor. I will never order from this site again. I could’ve ordered this through Amazon and received it faster and probably much cheaper.
