Placed order on 11/23/2025, contacted customer service on 12/04/2025 regarding status of order because I had received no updates. I was advised that the order had not shipped yet this company gave me excuse as to why order was not shipped. I asked 3+ times for my order to be cancelled and for a refund and each time a different representive responded with only offering 20% discount, and requesting that I give the representative a 5 star review before they would process a refund because cancelling and processing a refund would affect and hurt their personal rating. Gave very scamish vibes and I do NOT recommend ordering from this site.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. Disappointed person for an Advent calendar. Horrible quality, horrible service. And what was I offered for a refund? To send the product back to China at my expense or $35 in credit to their junk factory. No thanks! SCAMMERS - Beware!!!!

Terrible quality. Stickers on the glass were crooked and peeling off already. I ordered whiskey glasses but got wine glasses.

I had a mixup with my mailing address and wasn't able to catch it in time before it shipped. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my order before Christmas, but Heidi helped me by giving me a full refund. Dealing with her was easy and she took care to make sure I was satisfied. I would buy again.

The lady working with me getting my refund was excellent. She tried to help me still get the product but the situation was out of her hands! I would give her a 5 star rating! I was not happy that the place didn’t contact me in regards to the delay and problem regarding the ornaments! Also the whiskey glasses look nothing like the picture—didappointing

Zeo was outstanding throughout my whole process. I didn't realize it would be coming from overseas, so when it was later than I thought I reached out and she has kept me updated every few days. With it being a Christmas present for my boss I need it to be here. She is an asset to your company.

Jamie addressed the issue I had with glasses that I ordered that were engraved incorrect. Jamie promised to send me a two replacement glasses. I am submitting this positive review based on Jamie fulfilling the promise to replace the glasses I ordered.

I wasn't going to receive the item on time, so I contacted the seller and received support quickly. They were helpful and listened to my request.
