I bought the a small mushroom light as a gift for a friend, who is very delighted. I also bought a a night light for my bathroom. It’s so cute with variety of colours for each day of the week:). No need to switch on a bright light in the middle of night. The website has endless gift ideas - a must have for presents.

I remember my first order from Gingko is the book light in Dec. 2024. when I saw there are different sizes and color , I asked the customer service about sugguestion ,The shopping experience was fantastic! their customer service quickly responded to my questions about color options.

and I'm impressed by the quality of the products. The Smart book light small size features a cozy warm light, Its smart design allows me to easily use, adding a unique touch to my home.

I bought a Brick Click Clock radio clock for each of my two children. One evening when I switched off my daughter's one I wasn't quite sure which button to press and although I succeeded in switching it off, neither she nor I could get it on again. Customer Service encouraged me to send it back, and they repaired it without charge - happy daughter. Also bought a mushroom light, which I love and will probably buy more.

I saw a large version of the AstraGlass lamp in a museum shop. I liked it but it was expensive so I was pleased to find the mini version online at Gingko Design. I wasn’t sure which colour to order but Jon responded immediately to my email with very helpful detailed advice. Delivery was free and prompt. The lamp is a gift for a friend and I hope she likes it as much as I do!

Over the last few years I’ve been fortunate enough to purchase several Gingko products, my latest being the Moon Smart Lamp. The build quality of all these products is exceptional, and the aesthetics are equally as pleasing. Very high end products that look lovely in the home or office.

Gingko design are fantastic. They have a modern outlook and positive can do attitude to any enquiry and/or problem. In my recent dealings with them I was especially impressed with Jon who quickly replied to all my questions, sorted out any problems and in general nothing seemed too much or too trivial for him to resolve. All customer services should model themselves on Gingko Design and their products are amazing too.

Bought my grandson a Smart Football Spin Lamp for Christmas he loves it, says it was his favourite present. Fantastic quality and totally reliable.

It was very easy to place the order and received within a couple of days. The globle is brilliant and bright.

Disappointing that batteries are eaten up quickly and that the alternative is a more permanent charge - not quite so well suited to the location we had in mind, but the design is still very pleasing.

Ginkgo customer service is second to none. We are so impressed with the company and their products. If only all companies had the same philosophy - being able to speak directly to a helpful human being and not a computer is so refreshing.

It is a masterpiece in design, just Amazzzzzzing, and it shows how very clever the people at Gingko Design really are.
