We contacted you regarding the comment you left on Facebook stating that you had not received your order. At the time of your comment, your order had already been successfully refunded, and you had been notified of this.

This is why we reached out to ask for clarification, as we were unsure why the comment had been left after the refund had been processed.

We recently ran a 50% off promotion, which was incredibly popular and resulted in a much higher volume of orders than we usually receive. Our team has been working hard to process and dispatch everything as quickly as possible, but unfortunately this has caused some delays.

Update with a new response, we have now been able to speak with you directly and investigate the concerns raised in your review.

After looking into the delivery, we were able to confirm that the parcel was diverted to an InPost locker due to your previously saved delivery preferences linked with the courier. This was not a change made by ourselves, nor was it something we were able to amend once the parcel had entered the courier network. We appreciate this may have been frustrating, however delivery preferences saved with the courier can automatically apply to future parcels, we have also provided you with the information on how to change this with the courier so you have no further issues with any other online orders you may make.

Regarding the incorrect items received, we have worked with you to resolve this and have arranged for the correct replacement items to be provided. We are pleased that we have now been able to reach a resolution and ensure you received the items you were expecting.

We always aim to provide the best possible service and, while we appreciate that issues can occasionally occur during the delivery process, we are committed to working with our customers to put things right where we can.

However, we would like to clarify that the clarifying range is advertised as fragrance-free throughout the product listing, product description, and on the product itself. As fragrance preferences are personal, we always recommend reading the full product description before ordering to ensure the products are suitable for your individual needs and preferences.
