Placed an order over a week ago
Placed an order over a week ago. Emailed them twice chasing a delivery date, then made the mistake of calling when I had the misfortune of speaking to someone who answered the phone with “yeah” They clearly don’t want the business, cancelling the order and will spend my hard earned elsewhere.

We responded to your email, in which you requested that your order be cancelled, and we cancelled it as requested.
The delivery timeframe for your area is up to 15 days, as stated on our website. Please check the delivery timeframe before placing an order. We do not understand why you have left a negative review when we followed your cancellation request and your order was still within the stated delivery period. We do not feel this is fair.
Regarding your phone call, I am the only person who answers our business phone, and I personally answer calls even as late as midnight. I did not receive the call you describe. You may have dialled a different number. Please confirm the number you called and the date and time so we can clarify what happened.

Good fast service was delivered within 2 days. The quality of the panels is very good also. The man who delivered was very friendly and helpful. He put all the panels into the house for me.
