Made purchase on line, chased for delivery date via phone number supplied on website. Phone was answered by someone who sounded like they had just woke up, was told that delivery would be made within 7 days and that i would be contacted the day before delivery would be made. I explained that i need to make arrangements for delivery as the day before was not enough notice, I was told that if I wasn't home delivery would be left in a safe place (10 x 2.4m x 600mm panels) and if I didn't have a safe place they could be left in alley way or alternative in wet weather, I was then advised that this is the usual service provided in this country. I was also told that "we just sell the panels we don't deliver that's a third party service we have nothing to do with deliveries". Order cancelled and refunded.
