Prompt delivery and a good economy price bass for beginners.

I'm in the process of returning a Glarry GDP 104 keyboard. I'm a bit worried the address on the returns label they have sent me is different than the address when I bought it.
It's one of those products that are being sold by multiple companies.

I purchased a bass guitar from Glarry, the GMB 102. One of the tuners is locked up and the nut to tighten it in the headstock is stripped, so it can't be tightened. Once tuned, every note past the third fret is sharp, almost 1/2 step sharp at the 12th fret. Being an acoustic instrument it would be a major undertaking to correct. I notified Glarry and they responded asking me to provide videos of the problems. I'll just keep the guitar, but it will be the last thing I ever buy from them again. Their return policy is a joke.

I purchased a keyboard from them and the mic and aux inputs didn't work at all. Support told me it was because my microphone (Shure SM58) was not good enough. They refused a return or refund.

I run a YouTube channel called Bitesize Piano (420K subscribers), and this company asked me to review one of their pianos (after agreeing an amount they’d pay me).
Upon unboxing it, the holes weren’t lined up and was difficult to put together. Upon actually playing it for the first time, the sound is very cheap and unpleasant. I tried the different sounds and then discovered a buzzing/crackling sound coming from the left speaker. I told them about this (after I had already spent hours filming/editing their video), and they said that I should donate the piano and they won’t be paying me for my time or send me a different piano.
It’s incredibly difficult for me to find time to film piano videos for my channel (which is how I earn a living), as I have a toddler and I’m also an actual piano teacher. Time is precious.
I do NOT recommend any of their cheap poor quality products based on this experience. They clearly don’t value their customers or business collaborators.

Their positive reviews are 100% fake, don’t be fooled by them.

Bought a bass guitar and amp package for my daughter, very well made instrument and the price was amazing! Customer service was fantastic and very fast! Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely use the service again!

Ordered a piano last year in November with a years warranty. It’s now not working and I have glarry telling me it’s the sellers fault and the seller/eBay telling me it’s glarry’s warranty so I’ve lost out on over £200 and everyone is blaming eachother rather than something trying to sort the issue out I will be reviewing the seller on this too as not sure who is at fault but if glarry isn’t at fault they could atleast help me which they aren’t.

I read the reviews on this thread after I had watched YouTube reviews and read reviews elsewhere, so I was a little nervous about receiving my GDP-104 piano.

I ordered on Saturday afternoon, and had regular email updates. Tracking was provided. The piano was delivered on Tuesday, which was impressive.

The piano was very well packaged, was SO easy to assemble, and I haven't been able to stop playing it since. It's wonderful

It looks much more expensive than it was and is a really well built, solid piece.

The only issue I have found is the speakers are not all that high quality, however for the money I wouldn't of expected them to be. Perfectly fine at lower volumes, however grainy at higher volumes.

This piano was a step up for me from a yamaha 61 key keyboard, and I'm SO impressed with it.

Purchased a piano, but received no confirmation email and therefore have no access to the order ID and calls made to +1 （609）225-4158 was not going anywhere. Right now, I don't know what to do and unfortunately, I didnt screenshot the the order page after it was completed. All I have now is a proof of payment on my bank account with only the transaction amount, merchant name and the date. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a set of timbales.they sent it to without any set up instructions and no tuning key.thats really bad.i will never do business with them again.

Glarry is a terrible company. I ordered a piano from them, provided the address as per the boxes on their website. The delivery company (Evri) apparently couldn’t work out what “2nd floor” meant so they didn’t even bother working it out or delivering it. The Glarry company then decided that it was the customer’s fault, asking to pay for the delivery fee and refused to refund 20% of the cost of the piano, which is against customer right. I am seeking the refund from PayPal and will try to contact relevant government body to complain. Terrible customer service and someone is trying to destroy the business reputation.

Purchased the electronic weighted keyboard with pedals for my son who has been learning piano, via a third party seller. Prior to purchase I contacted Glarry customer service to check that parts would be available in the unlikely event that something went wrong, which they confirmed was possible. Initially I was delighted with the item, the functionality and sound was great! However after a couple months of limited use the speakers suddenly ceased to work and the headphone sound was very quiet. The retailer offered £10 to get it fixed but were unhelpful in directing me to where this might be done. I therefore contacted Glarry customer services who referred me back to the seller. I’ve now been back and forth several times with no joy from either of them. Eventually I contacted a keyboard repair expert who suggested the amplifier board had failed but he was unable to fix this since he would be unable to source Glarry parts. I again reached out to Glarry to purchase the part, they advised they dont have it and cannot procure it and referred me back to the seller! They’re now ignoring my requests for assistance, I expect because the window to review them is now closed. It’s an expensive and disappointing mistake, having checked the product reviews on various platforms and positive endorsements, albeit from YouTubers who obviously are gifted these products in exchange for positive advertising Glarry advertising. I’ve even been unable to source any spare parts on eBay so it’s likely I will require to dispose of the keyboard completely
(more landfill junk) and purchase a reliable brand. I would recommend caution when purchasing this brand, and certainly after my experience and advice now received from the independent electronic repair expert.

I got a Glarry Burning fire style guitar, it arrived within 3-5 days out of the box I had to fix a crooked volume knob and after plugging in and playing for a half horse.I went to pull the cable out of the jack it comes out but it's very tight.I love the neck on it thin flat and comfortable.Pickups sound good tuners I will change there just on.No fret issues at all.Also out of the box low action easy to play .I absolutely love this guitar.I plan to buy one of there starts next(white black pickguard maple fretboard) as well as a 170 style. Glarry are good at what they do and that's provide a quality guitar at an affordable price for people to start out on.

After ordering I never received an email so couldn't verify it so couldn't access my order .Still waiting for someone to get back to me .not good.so don't know if I'm going to received my item or not I'm glad I screen shoot my order .now just to wait for a reply.

For the price I'm amazed. The guitar plays well, a little fret buzz but I can fix that. For a practice/spare guitar incredible value and quality. If you are a beginner have no concerns.

Amp is what you would expect and perfectly fine for practice

Ordered a guitar for a birthday gift. When it arrived there was some slight damage to the neck; maybe in transit, who knows but it was a gift so not great. Once I'd sent an image of the issue to the customer service team they were very quick to rectify and sent a replacement straight away. Great value for money instrument for a beginner and my son loves it.

Absolutely stunning 3/4 guitar for my son 😍 superfast delivery, and no problems at all was sent the tracking number the following day. After reading bad reviews, I was a little anxious. But I couldn’t praise them anymore. There was a very slight delay in receiving the confirmation email, but other than that it was super easy and I have no negatives.

put a order in for a black gst-e guitar because it looked good never ordered from glarry before didnt know much about glarry took three days to arrive very well packed no damage to box guitar looks brillant very well set up just had to tune sounds brillant plays thorugh marshall amp some ways better than my other fenders so new favorite alone with andertons and thomann thankes very much
