I liked the product but the delivery…
I liked the product but the delivery was a disaster. The Fed Ex delivery guy slammed my box that had piano in it by the garage door instead of carrying up to front porch as directed and as all my Fed ex packages arrive. It woukd be covered from rain on front porch. I was lucky it didn’t rain. It would have been ruined, plus he mishandled my piano. I’m surprised it wasn’t broken. I saw him do this and ran after FedEx truck but he drove away acting like he didn’t see me. Terrible delivery!!!!!

Fast delivery and got everything that was listed. The only issue I had was assembling the stand, the instructions were not easy.

I couldn’t be any happier than I am with this piano my granddaughter has not stopped playing it since it arrived at my house she smiles and sings and is full of joy , thank you for such a wonderful experience , the quality and construction are top notch

Even for a cheap piano it’s a waste of Money.
Sounds are awful - don’t sound anywhere near a real piano.
The music stand is useless - can’t hold a single piece of paper because it’s too short so the paper flops down but the space is too small to fit a book!
I’m a music producer - bought this as I use plug ins through the piano anyway so the sound of the piano wasn’t a massive deal…only to find when it gets here that the pedal only works through the speakers on the piano…not through midi. Had to contact their terrible customer service to find that out too!
Even when you use the pedal…it doesn’t sustain until the note fades - it holds for 4 seconds then just abruptly stops.
It comes with a sticker that gives you the ‘function keys’ (how to turn the metronome on etc) the sticker arrived in the box…so I presume it’s meant to go over the bottom set of keys but I’ve no idea…it also keeps falling off.
If you wanted to spend £400 on a piano that doesn’t sound like a real piano, doesn’t hold your music up and had a terrible pedal…then this one’s for you.

I was so excited to get this. It came on time, and they also sent me messages along the way about delivery.
I asked before I bought it if the wood was real, and it said it was. However, it is pressed wood. So beware that the stand is not quite as sturdy as I had hoped. But all in all, I LOVE this and I am thrilled to have it.

my digital piano sound stopped and i reached out to give me advice their attitude was totally negative and offered no assistance at all even though i purchased it from them. Used it only a few times SO i have a beautiful white digital 88 key piano not working very disappointed with them. I will not be making any purchases

Some hiccups but we got there in the end
We found a bargain price on this website and ordered a piano. Unfortunately Evri lost the package and did not deliver it. I kept Mustar informed we were having problems receiving the order and they were always responsive. In the end they had to submit a claim to Evri and then they offered to send us a second piano using a different courier. I appreciate their efforts and we are very pleased with our purchase.

SENT COMPANY AN EMAIL WITH REQUIRED PART NUMBER AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. KEYBOARD WAS PURCHASED FOR CHRISTMAS. MY THIRD ISSUE WITH CHINESE CROOKS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE SCAMMED!
