Well if I can say just WOW!!. Having decided to building a single storey extension to make a large kitchen/ diner. We decided to do it ourselves, so I jump on the Internet to shop for the best price for all our materials, Having bought our bricks sand and wood, I also purchased insulation for some serious savings.
Then it came to the bi folds and large roof lantern, which took me all over the country on the Internet, so I ask loads of companies for quotes and the team from the Glazing store sent me a very good quote, so Having decided they were the company and product we wanted I contacted them for more detailed information re the Korniche product, so we done a deal to have both products from Korniche and we had them delivered to my place of work for storage until I could fit them, both products were shipped quick and well wrapped to protect in transit. So after 6 months I've fitted them today and how pleased am I with the quality and ease of fitting, the lantern looks absolutely stunning and the bi fold is elegant and smooth and boy am I happy.
If your looking for any glazing requirements I would recommend the team at the Glazing Store.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Korniche Lantern and Bifold, which I ordered and received from Glazing store back in August 2022. Although I'm writing this review a bit later, I felt it was important to share my thoughts after experiencing the benefits firsthand.

From the very start, the service I received was impeccable. Russell, who managed my order, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to provide detailed information about glazing values and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. His assistance played a significant role in pre and post purchasing process a breeze.

The prices were notably better compared to other options I had explored and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. Thanks.

Well I have to say what a brilliant piece of kit.
Myself (73yrs) and chippy on the roof this morning to fit my Korniche lantern. I had watched the video several times and read manual to familiarise myself with order of events. We followed instructions to the letter and within an hour it was fitted!
Absolutely brilliant.
I ordered through glazingstore because they offered me the best price. Ordering and delivery all went to schedule and today my orangery has been crowned. I am delighted. Thankyou GlazingStore.co.uk for your professional service.
Now for the bi-fold doors!

I have had bi fold doors fitted and there is a chip on one pane of glass that needs replacing, also i had two lanterns fitted and one of the side trims is dented so i would really like both replaced asap? The builder said he had emailed you but not had a response?
Please contact me asap to replace these damaged goods,

Great service from Glazing Store. Ordered the Korniche bi-fold door. Having used Glazing Store for Korniche roof lanterns before, I was pleased with the service they provided. Glazing Store gave me a 4 week lead time for the bi-folds which they was spot on with. The Korniche bi-fold is with out doubt the most installer friendly aluminium door on the market, I can say this having installed most of the others. It has a real premium look and feel and is well priced. My client is extremely happy with the product. I will definitely be using Glazing Store again, for future projects.

I ordered a flat roof light from The Glazing Store. We discussed the opening size and proceeded to order and pay for the unit. I paid £1800 on may 26th and was told to expect my roof light in 7-10 days
But that didn’t happen and the new date was set for delivery was July 7th unfortunately that didn’t happen and at this state they couldn’t even give me a delivery date at all. I Finley took delivery on July 25th only to find it is the wrong size. My experience with The Glazing Store was very poor and it appears that when I paid the money there interest in me as a customer disappeared. I’ve been calling them every day sense delivery and have yet to get to speak with anyone
The hole process has been very disappointing
When I placed my order I told them I has a clear opening of 3 meters x 1 meter
They told me that I needed an upstand of 75 mm all round and they said that 3 meters x 1.050 would work
When it came to the sign off
I expected and wasn’t told any different that the roof light would be the size plus the upstand. Can you please remind me as to where in the sign off it says anything about this issue
As I have said it is the action of a sales man with little or no morels and no regards for customer satisfaction.
I have been promoted a call from the manager 3 weeks ago and nothing

I cannot recommend Glazing Store highly enough. The product is well made and very competitively priced, really good value for money. I dealt with one of the team (Russell) on a regular basis who always responded to emails quickly and we spoke a number of times over the phone. He worked closely with my builder prior to delivery to ensure there would be no issues. The frame and glass were delivered on time and were well packaged to ensure they were protected during transit. The fitter recommended by Glazing Store arrived on time and kept me up to date with everything as they proceeded. Extremely happy with the end product and fit.

The lantern was delivered on time and extremely well packaged. The manual was extremely informative and precise my only issue was there were two captive bits missing from the rafters which stopped the installation but they were sent to me by post and were received the next day. Once they were fitted the remainder was installed with no problem

I had 2 lantern roof lights delivered the product is very good I had not fitted any before and they are good and easy to do.my only problem was the delivery I asked for it to be delayed one day as I had to go to a funeral was told that was not a problem when I got home at 11 o clock all the frame was piledup in my back garden the email said it had to have someone there to sign for it .then the glass.turned up a day early the driver said he would take it back and I would have to pay to have it delivered then

Hi Glazing Store, I am generally happy with the experience of purchasing a Korniche Roof Lantern from you. The delivery occurred when you said it would and the sales process was great.
The only reason for 3 stars is that two of the profiles delivered had relatively minor dents in them which meant that I had to spend some time beating these out with a leather hammer before they could be used.
I didn't want to return these to you because of the inherent delay in remanufacture, but I did take photographs and would be happy to forward these if necessary.
Otherwise a good service that I would recommend to others.

Our roof lanterns are excellent quality and our builders reported very easy to instal
My only criticism is very poor customer service and diabolical delivery service.
I called prior to delivery to ensure they could be delivered through a front door as we have no rear access. No returned call from customer service. .
We were given a delivery date and it was stressed we HAD to be in to receive delivery.
Our 2 lanterns turned up one month early on the exact day but the previous month. By chance we were both home ( we work shifts).
The first delivery was of the fixings and the single driver happily passed every package to my husband to bring in to the house, not moving from the back of the lorry. The second delivery of the glass was equally poor. There was one grumpy driver who demanded that our ‘on site builders ‘ come out to help him.
I explained we didn’t have any workmen as the delivery was one month early so again my husband was expected to carry the glass inside with help only with the 4 larger panes.
Why send out deliveries with only one deliverer ?
I called glazing store to say we had taken delivery one month early and not one word of apology.
Excellent product but poor service.

Excellent service all round. Not only did they give me the best delivery date and their price was extremely competitive, communications were excellent
The delivery date was on the 28th the framework arrived at 10 o’clock that morning and the glass at 2 o’clock in the same afternoon. Exceptional service
The price was as described an excellent piece of engineering which was a joy to assemble.
Very grateful to Glazing store for making all this a trouble free experience.
