I ordered an e scooter while it was in stock and then they never sent it out so I asked why and they said it went out of stock even tho they was happy to take my money and I’ve checked their web site again and it’s back in stock but still nothing sent out so far I am convinced they are a scam

Attention livraison marchandises ok. Attention toutefois si problème le service client fait vraiment galérer. Cela fait un moi que je demande le retour du vélo défectueux et toujours pas de solutions à ma demande, il faut envoyer maintes vidéo et à chaque fois on vous en demande de nouvelle histoire d allonger les délais de prise en charge du Sav. Ne commander pas de vélo sur leur site car ils sont irréparable car pas de pièces détachées et vélo venant de Chine.

Fantastic fast delivery of a great e-bike. Superb is nearly all aspects. My only niggle is the advertising was incorrect. It clearly said a gift came with it of a hat, bright vest etc. these didn’t come with it in the UK. I then saw others had received it but I didn’t.

Top e-scooter zum fairen Preis.
Wir haben uns 2 e-scooter der Marke joyor S5 - Z bestellt, diese Teile sind wirklich der Hammer. Wenn jemand einen offroad scooter sucht dann kann ich diese nur Empfehlen.
Hatte bei einem durch eigenes Verschulden einen Display Schaden, gleeride hat mir da sofort geholfen, auch bei Fragen bekommt man sofort Sachkundige Antworten, der Support ist Top.
