Alles gut bei GleeRide,super Support und man hat eine tolle Auswahl an "Ride" möglichkeiten.

I ordered my shengmilo s600 first when it arrived it had no battery or pedals or tool kit so I contact gleeride they said it would have had battery but it didn't it took 3 weeks to get a new battery out if them I had a spare set of pedals which I put on bike but then when I put battery on bike every thing worked fine except the light I told glee ride but haven't had a new light sent out messages have gone to and from me but it is a nightmare dealing with as they are based in China my freind has got a front light going spare which he is going to try to sort out when he next comes up to see me as he is other side of country but when you buy a brand new ebike you shouldn't have this many problems the bike itself isn't the best quality as you get what you pay for in my opinion you are better of spending a bit more money and getting a better bike I wouldn't use or recommend using gleeride as I didn't have a good experience with them no one has sent me emails about replacing light as you say in your responce I have told you the light doesn't work all I want is a replacement light I have recieved the battery after having to wait 3 weeks but now I've turned bike on for first time light is only thing not working RESPONCE TO GLEERIDE I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE REPLACEMENT LIGHT FROM YOU I TOLD YOU IT DOESN'T WORK please don't use gleeride uk as you will have so many problems and going from message to message waisting your time I will have to buy a light my self now avoid gleeride buy else where

My experience is very good.
The delivery is very fast, the product is very good, the customer service is helpful. 👍🙂

This company has displayed timely delivery, good product quality and quick service response. Would I suggest them to others? Yes!

I got the bike in good time, but there are several problem whit the bike.
I have to wait until I will get the replacement parts.
I also have to visit a bicycle service because there are minor problems with the gear settings, some fine tuning needed.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the support is excellent.

Only the waiting makes things worst...

I ordered before and received my scooter, it's taking a very long time for my parts that I ordered. I don't know why it takes so long

The communication with this company has been excellent during the pre-purchase phase and subsequently when there was a problem with the OneSport OT16-2 electric bike I purchased from them.
Whilst they are a Chinese company, they have a UK distribution facility. From order to delivery the bike took just 2 days.
Customer service is by email to China but they have always responded very quickly. After supplying a video and email description of the problem with my bike they supplied an updated controller for it which cured the issue. This only took 7 days to arrive.
I would certainly recommend Gleeride.

Mein bestelltes Bike ist voll bezahlt und kommt nicht,Betrugsverdacht is da.... ich denke mal wenn es nicht binnen 5 Tagen geliefert wird ermittelt dann die Polizei und mein Geld lass ich von der Bank zurückholen... sehr enttäuschend!!!!

I received my Q20 Lite promptly and swiftly, delivery was excellent. Customer service has been great in assisting me with concerns I have had and answered all questions with no issue.
Assembling the bike was easy, even without the manual, and still any issues you have can be taken up with customer service who are happy to help.
The bike itself is beautiful, great size and robust, the wheels are nice and fat, perfect for all terrains, and the seat is very comfortable.
10/10 I would very much recommend this bike for beginner cyclists and experienced ones too! Everyone will have fun riding the Q20 ridstar with it's ease of access.

Parfait je recommande ,suivi par gleeride réponse dans la journée pour toutes demandes voir dans l heure.
Montage facile manque la doc avec mais un mail j ai reçu la vidéo dans la demie heure .
Le modèle y20 parfait très rapide prise en main très facile y compris pour ma compagne .
Encore une fois je recommande gleeride donc nous allons en commander un second :-) .

They have a great selection of ebikes and after choosing the one I wanted, I searched and found GleeRide had the best price. I was nervous since I had never heard of them but they had good reviews so I went for it. The bike arrived in four days (one day early) and it is in perfect shape. I am very pleased!

A really good company with great products. After much searching we purchased two Onesport OT18s from GleeRide. Their prices on-line were super competitive and there was an extra £100 off with a 'fathers day' sale. The comms around delivery were spot on and their delivery driver arrived as arranged and I liked that I could track the drivers progress. All in all Im very happy,

Great service from start to finish on the purchase of my Engwe EP 2 Pro electric bike. Will use them again if my wife wants one too, and so highly recommend them.

Had this scooter before so knew how good it was but this was my first experience with gleeride, they delivered it fairly quick considering it came from Germany and they kept me constantly up to date with shipping info as it was bank holiday weekend I was unable to track the order myself.
I also got 10% off the purchase price which was just over £40 so was very pleased about that, would definitely use gleeride again.
