Used Norton for many years and have always received value for my subscription. Told me several times about bad websites and being elderly this is one item I don’t have to worry about, more than happy to continue using.

It’s a good looking wheelchair but it is very heavy and without battery power difficult to manoeuvre. Operating with the joystick can be very challenging as is trying to get the chair started up as per the manual which is not well written. Getting it out of the box takes some time due to chair weight and construction of the box. I would not recommend any purchasers to buy on line much better to visit a supplier and try the chair out before purchasing. Danny who I dealt with was very helpful but videos should be available on line to help with any problems encountered.

Very well built scooter. Arrived on time and very well packaged. The scooter is great but very heavy not lightweight as advised also turning circle not great and wouldn't fit in my boot of car. Although came with a manual, no instructions on how to put together, I did it OK as mechanically mined but for women on they own ,not good. The battery is great and has a good range of 13 miles. The delivery was quick and a very pleasant and helpful courier. All things considered a good buy.

The wheelchair was delivered on time, and although there was a minor problem with the instructions in the manual, this was promptly rectified by emailing the support team whereby Josh put all my concerns to rest immediately.

I would have given 5 stars, as the scooter is great, however there is no instructions on how to take the scooter apart to put in the boot of the car. I rang customer services and was repeatedly told that i didn’t need to take it apart despite it being too big and too heavy to fit in the boot assembled. I was then passed onto someone else who said they would email instructions to me, but never did. Luckily we sussed out how to do it.

First time using this seller but really happy. My wheelchair is fantastic, exactly as advertised. An amazing price, so comfy and feel really safe and secure. Am going to get another battery, at a great price as well. All in all, a great seller.

This company is great and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again the scooter is great the only thing I'm not happy with is the turning circle on it as I need it on the bus and this really isn't possible. Everything else is really good.

Scooter is OK but needs 2 people to get in out of car boot.
