I have bought 2 mobile phones from this shop , I have bought accessories and had repairs done , they aren't cheap and not all the repairs was done well , on the 15 December 25 , I left my phone for a replacement screen glass , he said it would cost £40 , I paid it up front , he gave no reciept as usual , he has never given a receipt for everything , I thought I was dealing with a honest shop who knew me , on the 22 December 25 today I went to collect my phone , there was 3 Asian males , and the owner asked me for another £40 and all the time was laughing , it seemed he was playing up to the other 2 Asian males , I told him I had already paid and he asked again for £40 , I told him I had already paid him , he was laughing all the time and playing up to the other 2 males but was trying to make me pay twice , told him he was attempting to rob me and it was theft , he gave me my phone , I told him I will never come back and he was attempting to rob me ,I'm a 70 year old man in bad health , and this person's behaviour is really bad

Order still not receieved after nearly 3-weeks, let alone a reply to my attempts to contact them on info@globalphones UK or via yheir website.

I would very much like a refund please.

Absolute scammer, took my money sent a shitty phone. While sending back never been responding While I'm entitled to get full refund. Never trust this scammers . They'd fool you with empty words.

I ordered an iPhone 12 from them on the reburbed.cz, but as I later found out, this model itself does not have the best battery life.

So I contacted them with my problem and was advised not to accept the package. I wanted to do so, but the UPS driver simply threw the package in my mailbox. So I ended up returning the phone via return shipping.

I can't say in what condition the phone arrived because I didn't unpack it. But what I have to praise is their customer service. Not only was it really fast, but most importantly incredibly kind and helpful. The refund was also processed without unnecessary delay.

I ended up buying a brand new iPhone 13, so I couldn't buy it from them. But if I were ever deciding where to buy a refurbished phone, GlobalPhones would be the obvious choice.
