Product issue and no customer service

I ordered some AirPods in September which worked really well originally. I checked them on the Apple site and they seemed legitimate. About a month later, they began to only last 30 minutes on a full charge.

I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times to get the product checked or replaced, both on email and via their business WhatsApp, but have had no reply.

I’d recommended the company to my friends, as I originally had a great experience with fast shipping and a good product, but the customer service has been pretty shocking.

This review is a last ditch effort to get my issue dealt with. I’m hoping their TrustPilot account is monitored and I can get this resolved!

Airpods

I have been using these AirPods for more than a month now. Provides an excellent sound quality and the wireless connection is reliable, with strong battery life (around 5-6 hours per charge). The sound is clear, with good bass for earbuds. A top-tier option for those who are looking for a great sound , an active noise cancellation and an overall premium experience.

The Airpods are absolutely great

The Airpods are absolutely great, It is well packaged, very good quality of the product, the sound quality is great and they are super easy to connect even for the first time. They are also very affordable with quick shipping.
