Diese Firma macht Versprechen ohne Ende, um Verluste zurückzubringen. In wirklichkeit verlangen sie aber Gebühren für nichts bis man nicht mehr bereit ist, noch mehr zu bezahlen und versuchen einen noch zu weiteren Verlusten zu bringen

Viele Fakebewertungen geben 5 Sterne weil ein netter Kontakt besteht. LUL. Also gebe ich mal 1 Stern für ein unsympathisches Auftreten dieser Firma.

Achtung bei dieser Firma handelt es sich ausschließlich um Betrug. Man investiert viel Zeit am Telefon und viel Geld für nix.
Wenn man es ein wenig recherchiert sieht man auch das es eine Bekannte Betrugsmasche ist. Reichert selbst über diese Firma bevor ihr etwas einwillgt.

Artyom was very helpfull in the beginning with preparing the letters for Xpromarkets and Ukuchuma. All went well up to the moment that we introduced an complaint to FAISombud. Since then no further response to my mails to Global refund, none answers to the phone number in Geneva. Ukuchuma proposed me a compensation of 5000 CHF but Artyom from Global refund advised me to refuse this offer as he estimated that my losses were around 20000 CHF. I payed Global refund 3000 CHF and now I feel that they abandoned me.

Don't do what they promised. Look for more money and very slow to correspond.
Had a number of phonecalls with different people in this company and very contradictory guidelines given. When I asked why they don't look after their current customers instead of looking for money, they say they can't discuss another persons csse and that's fine but then who will they discuss it with as they don't reply to several customers who have signed up for their "services". I have spoken directly to four people who went along with global refund and they all have the same experience of paying up front, delays in getting information from global refund, poorly written letters, no funds claimed back and been asked for more
money to continue a case.

It costs in excess of $9000 AUD to sign up. What you don’t get told is that this ‘contract’ only lasts 6 months. They don’t aim to get your money back, rather compensation from companies and banks you may have used in the scam. I got NOTHING and cannot afford to pay another $9000+ AUD to continue.

Ich habe extrem schlechte Erfahrungen mit Global Refund gemacht. Diese Firma verspricht, verlorenes Geld zurückzuholen, aber das ist eine Lüge. Sie nehmen nur dein Geld und lassen dich im Stich.

Der Kundenservice ist unprofessionell und desinteressiert. Trotz wiederholter Nachfragen wurde mein Fall nicht vorangetrieben. Nachdem ich die im Voraus verlangte Gebühr bezahlt hatte, verschlechterte sich der Service sogar noch.

Ich warne dringend davor, sich von Global Refund täuschen zu lassen. Man verliert nur noch mehr Geld, ohne etwas zurückzubekommen. Finger weg!

Ik ben in contact gekomen met dit bedrijf, omdat ik slachtoffer ben van boilroom fraude. Het eerste contact met een medewerker was zeer heftig. Zoals ik het ervaren heb werd ik verschrikkelijk bang gemaakt. Er werd onder andere gezegd dat ik beschuldigd zou kunnen worden van meewerken aan kinderhandel en in de gevangenis zou kunnen belanden. De toon was zeer agressief en ik werd zo bang dat ik niet meer rustig kon na denken. Daarna wilde ze dat ik een contract tekende en vloog daar door heen. Ik had geen tijd om het goed te lezen en was te zeer van slag. En meteen betalen met mijn creditcard. Het laatste geld wat ik overhad was nu betaald aan dit bedrijf.
De dag daarna heb ik informatie ingewonnen bij het politiebureau waar ik aangifte had gedaan. Zij hebben mij gerust gesteld en gezegd dat ik mij geen zorgen hoef te maken.
Er stond op hun site dat ik 14 dagen bedenktijd had en dat ik binnen die 14 dagen een refund zou krijgen.
Daar heb ik gebruik van gemaakt en dat ging heel erg moeizaam. Diverse e-mails en telefoontjes en ik kreeg het niet voor elkaar. Ben er twee weken mee bezig geweest. Pas nadat ik per e-mail schreef dat ik naar de politie zou gaan en aangifte zou doen bij de politie én het politie rapport met de e-mails van dit bedrijf naar de fraude afdeling van mijn bank zou sturen toen pas had ik binnen een paar uur een refund.
Al met al een zeer onprettige ervaring.

Ich habe mein Geld von einem Unternehmen in London zurückbekommen. Ich überwies das Geld auf das Konto eines Betrüges und verlor es leider. Jetzt haben sie mir geholfen,mein Geld zurückbekommen, und ich versuche, es von anderen Banken zurückbekommen.

Man soll zahlen damit man sein Geld bekommt. Bekommt es aber einfach nie.
Immerwieder soll man nachzahlen aber keine Erfolge werden erzielt.

I will give them 5-star review because they helped me with my case and provided help 24/7. I have been very cautious after my first online interaction that didn't go well with scam companies but they have proven that there are nice people still out there to help.

I was not aware of the potential scam I was being a victim of until I inquired about Action Refund. I was told to cut off all communication with scammers which I did. I want I was then told to provide all the evidence I had and it took us 4 months to dispute these transactions until we got a resolution. The resolution was not as I expected but the hard work they did paid off and I got partially refunded.

I am very grateful to Global Refund for their help and invaluable support during our work. With their help, I was able to recover more than 70% of my lost funds. Honestly, I thought the money was lost forever, but you, guys, know what to do. Thank you for your help, and especially Hazel for her patience and confidence!
