This company is a 100% scam. I paid many thousands of dollars and after 6 months of spending over 200 hours of my own work; I received nothing but headaches and empty promises. They have no contacts and no relationships with any crypto exchanges. They give you customer service emails that can be found on the internet. They don’t have any relationships with any type of law enforcement. The documents that they produced for me to send to various businesses were full of grammatical errors and the images and charts were too low res and blurry to read. The salesperson who had contact with me is their lead scammer. They only have one customer service representative who was only available from 12:00 am to 8 am pst . She works in Ukraine and has opposite working hours for US citizens. She almost always took 4 days to answer my questions. They outsource their forensic research which turned out to be defective. I am now working with the Northern California Computer Crimes Task Force and their forensic information is different than Global Refund Group. I have many horrible experiences with this company. Feel free to ask me questions; I don't want anyone else to be scammed as I was for the second time.

This company is another type of scam. They ask you for a fee to recover your money from scammers. Slso they do is ask you to send dozens of dispute letters which didn't produce positive results. After 6 months? They will ask you again for an extension fee doing the same thing all over again. They will continue to scam you over and over and over. You've lost money already from another scam and GRG will scam you more. These people are heartless. They should go to jail.

I appreciate their work and professionalism. They have been very supportive all this time.

It was wonderful and very helpful experience working with them. They deal with the thing quite professionally. Their work shows expertise in their work.

Dont call after hours and never listen when told only this time I can be contacted. Charge an high fees and can't do any. Takes them more then 3 months and still nothing has been done. You get 4 so and so ring you and all say the same thing.

Don't sign up for their services if you are a (crypto) scam victim.

You have to pay them an upfront fee and all they do is write letters for you to send to the banks /exchanges etc. but it doesn't work and it doesn't lead to any result.

Moreover, they are not lawyers so they can't mitigate and negotiate on your behalf with banks or exchanges.

They are very professional and empathetic in their communication that is for sure.

But after 9 months still don't have any money back and my contract with them has ended.

They'll ask you for an upfront payment of $2000, asking for an upfront paymeny for such services is a clear sign of scam

Another scam company.They told me that I have a big chance to get my money back.Paid $2000 and all they did was sending letter.

I want to take a moment and thank the team's global refund group. They have helped me with my matter and I recommend their services.

Not only did they provide me with good service but also guided me further to take precautions while investing with someone online.

They are the heroes of the day and got back my 75% of lost funds which I believe is a fair deal.

Asked for my money back several times and promised me a refund. Had to get my bank involved and they considered it a fraud.

I have read a number of reviews and none have stated their funds were actually "recovered"

Finger weg von Global Refound Group.

I have worked with Hazel Bennette and Catherine Sandoval from the Global Refund Group. They are very efficient in their work and drive the process professionally but are also very empathetic. I can only recommend Global Refund Group.

For the last three months Global Refund Group has been working tirelessly to help me recover the large amount of money I lost to a scammer in 2022.
