So I went into this place yesterday and ordered crawfish shrimp and crab spent $178. I have an allergy to shell fish so I wake up today and my face is swollen but when I called the owner tells me it’s my problem cause I didn’t tell him when I purchased it. They have to cook it separate for one when you own a business and you know people have allergy. You should have that posted and I’ve been in the same seafood place two years ago and this is never happened to me ever I’ve been going there for the last 10 years ordering the same thing it’s always crawfish and mussels or just crawfish never have I had a reaction and he’s extremely rude. Hung up the phone on me three times and kept telling me it was my problem because I just told him to bag it separate if I tell you to bag it separate and I’m telling you I’m allergic if you cooked it together then what do you think is gonna happen so I just wanna put it out there to people be very leery about going here cause he has no respect on anyone’s life as long as he makes money. Only thing I asked was for my $178 back because my health insurance have already covered the allergy whatever the emergency room has given me and I even offered to show medical information that I’m allergic to shellfish the health department needs to go inspect because they should not be cooking seafood together at any level whether someone tells them they have an allergy or not. Some people may not know they have an allergy so everything should be cooked completely separate. You shouldn’t be cross contaminating seafood. now after I spoke to the owner three times and not only was he rude and yelling at me and hanging up the phone and I have phone records to prove it and I have to keep calling him back. Their response must be an automated system cause there’s no way there’s a single person that’s taking this seriously and there is nowhere listed or posted in their stores. Anything about if you have such allergies of course they might post it today because I brought it up, but it was not posted the date of purchase. The only thing they have posted is prices because if you use EBT to pay for seafood, you have to pay a steam fee, but I use cash to pay for my purchase yesterday so I feel like that response is not taken seriously and neither is people’s lives with owning a seafood restaurant. And as far as not having a reference number and they don’t know anything about the purchase there’s several cameras in and around that business, but I was number 38 when I made this purchase on March 5, 2026.

We take customer safety and product quality very seriously and always investigate any concern raised by a customer. However, after reviewing this claim carefully, we are unable to find any evidence that the situation described involves our business.

Our company does not operate a restaurant, storefront, or walk-in seafood counter, and customers cannot “come in” to place an order. All purchases from our business are conducted online and shipped directly to customers.

Because of this, several details in this review — including references to ordering in person, being assigned a number in line, cameras inside the store, EBT payments, and a “steam fee” — do not correspond to our business operations.

Additionally, the reviewer has not provided any order number, purchase confirmation, shipping information, or other documentation that would allow us to identify a transaction with our company.

We believe the reviewer may have confused our company with a different seafood restaurant or market. If the reviewer believes they did purchase from us, we would be happy to investigate immediately once a verifiable order number or purchase record is provided.

Until that information is available, we unfortunately have no evidence that this review reflects a genuine customer experience with our business.

I have been a customer of Global…

I have been a customer of Global Seafoods for approximately seven years and have spent over $15,000 with this company. My past experiences were generally positive.

In my recent order (#223084), which totaled $2,530.92, I purchased both Beluga Hybrid (black caviar) and three units of Premium Chum Salmon (red caviar).

The issue concerns only the red caviar.

The product was delivered frozen and stored properly. Upon opening the first container of red caviar, I noticed a strong bitter taste and abnormal orange coloration inconsistent with prior purchases from this company.

This was not a matter of personal preference. The quality was materially different from what I had received in the past.

I contacted the company seeking a proportional resolution. Instead of offering a replacement or partial refund for the red caviar, they cited their perishable goods policy and offered a $150 store credit.

While I understand food safety policies, I believe long-term customers deserve better handling when there is a legitimate quality concern.

Very disappointed with how this issue was addressed.

Excellent quality seafood and outstanding service!

I’ve had a great experience ordering from GlobalSeafoods.com. The seafood is incredibly fresh, high-quality, and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. You can really tell they take pride in sourcing premium products. Shipping was fast, everything was well-insulated, and the customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Whether you’re looking for everyday seafood or something special, Global Seafoods delivers restaurant-quality products right to your door. I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again!

The seafood was exactly as…

The seafood was exactly as promised—amazing flavor and generous portions. The quality felt truly premium, and it's not something I could easily find locally. Ordering from Global Seafoods was absolutely worth it.

Impressive Packaging and Freshness

Everything arrived in perfect condition, with proper insulation to keep everything frozen and fresh. The seafood was excellent in taste and texture—cooking it was a real pleasure. I could tell the quality was top-notch from the first bite!

Worth the Price for the Quality

While the prices are higher than average, the quality clearly justifies it. The seafood was fresh, well portioned, and tasted amazing. You can tell they take care in sourcing and handling their products.

I bought theirr trout red caviar

I bought theirr trout red caviar. Reviews are close to 5 stars, but the caviar taste like rubber, I was expecting a hard shell but this is something that you can't even bite through. Total waist of money. And I could not leave my review on their website. The company used to be first class quality, not anymore.

I was really disappointed with this caviar. The shells are extremely hard —impossible to chew through — so I ended up having to spitting the shells out . It’s not spreadable at all, since each piece is so firm and dry that you can only eat them one by one. There’s no juice or softness to balance the texture, making it feel dry and unpleasant overall. It didn’t have the usual rich, briny flavor or delicate texture of real caviar — to the point that I honestly suspect it might not even be genuine caviar. Definitely not the luxurious or enjoyable experience I expected.
Customer service is quick to reply but if no use and quite rude.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The caviar I received was of poor quality. When I contacted customer support, they only offered a discount instead of a replacement. When I mentioned I would dispute the transaction with my bank, they accused me of fraud. And they know probably that food cannot be despite by credit companies so they do whatever they want and do not care about their customers.

Order not delivered properly

Customer service representative Oleg Nikitenko is very rude and inexperienced in customer service. Imagine getting threatened to go into collections cause you’re disputing an order that arrives spoiled! A $255 salmon order that was delivered by UPS to the end of my driveway a 100 yards away. I got no notifications of the delivery and UPS does offer door-to-door service for which global seafood does NOT participate. I verified this with UPS. Global seafood would not refund my money, now I must dispute the charge as I have Salmon that came delivered warm and spoiled. upon advising Oleg of this, he threatened me and said that if I dispute the charge and get the charges reversed they will put me in collections!!!. How is that for Customer service? They would rather take a bad review and fight with a customer instead of just incurring the additional cost and ship another fresh order to me to preserve what could’ve been a very loyal customer that would’ve gladly spread the good news about their great Customer service. Instead of that, they decided to act as if they fulfilled their obligation to me. The obligation, FYI to global seafood, is fulfilled when the order hits my door, not my driveway, which is 100 yards from my house. Whatever happened to the customer always being right? The threat of putting me in collections is just extraordinary. Do not do business with this company!

COHO SALMON CAVIAR - 1.1 X 2 POUNDS STANDARD GRADE IN TWO TRAYS X 1.
Was shipped on August 28. Was out for delivery 6:55am, delivered 2:45pm in hot weather. One tray got defrosted, small part in a middle of a tray was still holding the cold. The taste of the middle cold and not at all cold surroundings of a tray was the same: stale, sour, fish gone spoiled, petroleum taste, even though the look of the caviar was decent. I discarded that one tray, 2nd tray I put in refregerator to taste at a later time of a same day. Pretty sure it's gonna taste the same. I was offered $45 discount on this purchase, which I've used not having in mind that they could sell their expired product.
Not a good strategy for marketing. This was your second and last chance with me.
I was referred to you by a very respecrful by me person, that's why I didn't check reviews ahead. Now I did, and saw all the negatives that you deserve.

Late May 2023 I ordered 20lb of fish - Chum Salmon Fillet Portions 6 oz, 90% was fish tails and fish collars when it should had been the other way around since fish has one tail and two collars. A bit disappointed to receive 20lb of fish leftovers.
