I like the caviar,but I didn't like that 1kg was in one container.

This was my first time ordering chum salmon caviar form Global Seafoods. The whole process from beginning to the end was great.The red caviar was delivered on time and it was everything,we have expected and very tasty and great quality.

great product and fast shipping . I will not go to a local store for fish ever again . I buy 20 lbs each time usually for my own use . the cod was great and I also like the flounder . I will get salmon also when the price is right .

Order shipped out on Tuesday and finally received on Monday. Crab was very warm and had a bad smell. I have contacted and informed Global Seafood. I have not heard back to see if they will be doing anything about it.
Global seafood called immediately and offered money back or resend order

The service from this team was fantastic! I live in Mississippi and the order was here in a few days, frozen stiff! I was impressed by the size of the filets and the freshness of the fish. It wasn't my Calabash Row North and South Carolina Flounder, but it was good. I've got 10 lbs of it for a price that my local Whole Foods and Fresh Market couldn't touch. I'll Be Back...

Poor fish quality. Label with date expires are tooked out.

Рыба старая, такуб несвежую рыбу я покупала только в райцентре в Беларуси, где моря нет вообще. Наклейка со сроком годности отклеена, но след от нее остался. Очень разочарована. Была бы возможность, выслала бы обратно.

Shipping was good, shipment was trackable and was updated quickly. Crab legs look good. Fish sampler this is my issue, got the Alaskan 10 lb sampler, Only one fish of the supposed 4 types of fish is labeled. I have no idea what the other 3 fish are. There is a sticker with the package saying what they are, but honestly with out any labeling what so ever i have zero idea what I am eating. In my opinion anyone selling seafood that is shipped to a customer should have their food labeled. I did eat a portion of the unlabeled seafood it was good. I just do not know what I ate.

Customer service was excellent. There was a mistake in the order and it was immediately corrected. A fresh shipment was sent the next day. The fish was fresh and I am quite pleased.
