The quality of the seafood is always excellent. The timeframe in which the products arrive is sometimes a bit hit or miss. It could take up to a week before they ship the order...but once they do it always arrives fresh and timely!

This was my 3rd order and the Red King Crab Legs Jumbo was meaty, succulent and delicious as ever. My only (whine) is there was not as many knuckles as before, however, there appeared to be more legs. WIll definitely be ordering again and rec'd my $10, discount. Thanks Oleg, you are the best.

Very fast, reliable and very courteous. Great customer service. Bought different caviar from them multiple times. Arrives frozen, well packed.

We ordered a red caviar a few times at GlobalSeafoods.com last years. Because of high quality of product, we've ordered red caviar again on August 14th 2017. The order was shipped on Tuesday by Fedex and scheduled for delivery on Saturday. The weather was hot in Kansas, and we worried for our mail. Unfortunately, we did not receive our package on Saturday because Fedex misplaced our order in the wrong truck for delivery. I called to the Fedex Customer Service trying to pick up my order by myself but they refused me.So I received our order just on Tuesday about 7 p.m.(8th day of delivery!) and it was in horrible condition. The dry ice totally disappeared and all red caviar(we ordered 2 kg for us and our friends with kids) arrived thawed and warm in touch! So we were afraid to eat this product and share it with our friends who mostly ordered caviar for kids! I emailed Oleg Nikitenko, the President of GlobalSeafoods, about our problem with this horrible red caviar delivery. He responded immediately and ,moreover, promised to replace our order. They shipped it on Monday, August 28th, and we're received it about 7p.m. on Friday. All red caviar was frozen solid! We called our friends and they came for their part of the order! Sure it will be a great quality product as we ordered last years! Thanks a lot to Oleg Nikitenko and his GlobalSeafoods team for such a quality and tasteful product, and Great Service! Definitely, we will order it again!

With me living in Mississippi I figured fish would arrive half frozen,, boy was I wrong!! My order came in and all the fish was rock solid frozen!! I was amazed. These guys know what they are doing!! A++++

I ordered red caviar with this site twice before and was very satisfied. Although the packaging and the speed of service was as good as prior, but this time the caviar itself was not as good as expected. It was too salty!
