I reached out to Glo Melanin to cancel my recurring subscription. I am satisfied with the products, but currently I have more than enough and didn't want to continue getting more products auto-shipped when it will take me a while to start using them (there are some non-Glo Melanin products I already had that want to use up first). Rio provided great customer service and was able to cancel my subscription for me. When I am ready for more Glo Melanin products, I will be back to order them!

The reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to send a follow-up email before I got a response however it was Labor Day that week so response times could have been delayed due to the holiday. I also wish there was a way to order more than one quantity of a product (because I order for both my sister and myself) without having to lock into a subscription (but it can be paused or canceled at any time).

I reached out for support with my subscription. Rio responded quickly and was knowledgeable. He understood what I was asking for and responded accordingly. Additionally, since I started using Glomelanin products, I feel comfortable leaving the house makeup free!!!

There was an order placed that wasn’t mine, I don’t know if it was someone who got a hold
of my info or I hit a option I shouldn’t have while scrolling. Either way, the diligence and efficiency of canceling my order and quickly taking account of the error. I was refunded. I want to thank Rio, for all the help. Usually u get a chat bot but I didn’t. If ever I do want to order, which now I probably will, I know the service of me being an actual client will be even better.
