From order to delivery & out the box. So wxcited & highly impressed with service, packaging & bwst of all....the product. OMG Day 1 was so fun & I was overjoyed by the immwdiate skin smoothing, clearing & suppleness the Foaming Tumeric cleanser delivered to my face, neck, and chest.
I see the glow & so did my hubby.

The scrub is outta this world. I am on day 5 of using it & my chest & back black heads have calmed and smoothed. Getting more ordered this week. Last but not least & maybe most important for me is the nourishing brightening face cream O use on my next as well I soft as a new borns bum.

Finally my face feels and looks clear, fresh & healthy.

I use the Glo Melanin Turmeric Scrub and the soap. I have hyperpigmentation as a result of chemotherapy. Rio helped me cancel my subscription for the soap because I prefer to order when I need it. Both products make my skin feel so soft. Thanks for handling my request so quickly Rio!

This company charged me monthly for a product I bought once. Disgraceful. Do not order anything it’s not even worth it.

I’m very happy with customer service provided by Glo Melanin. They’re making great use of their AI agent Nia, whom provided a response to my email, expressing concerns, in under five minutes. I’m usually against most AI features, however Nia’s quick and detailed response removed anxiety from the confusion I had regarding my order. I needed changes made to an order I placed before it processed and Nia stated the rules policy that created understanding, without overpromising.

Two hours later, I received an update from Elyka (a human) and that was the most satisfying part of my customer service experience. Elyka understood my concern and resolved the issue immediately; offering an explanation and security on the next steps. The AI agent was absolutely helpful, but nothing compares to the satisfaction you get when being heard and valued by a human.

This is my first purchase and interaction with Glo Melanin and I couldn’t have asked them to handle this situation better. I look forward to purchasing from them again soon.

They did their best to get me my missing package! They ended up reshipping it no additional cost! The person who helped me, their name is Elyka! She did such a good job and tried her best to resolve the issue! One thing I would complain about is the AI’s constantly taking the place of the human agent or just getting in the way lol!

My order came damaged and missing sine items.
Thankfully Elyka took care of me in a timely matter and sent out a replacement.
I am very satisfied with my experience.
