Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I completely understand why this situation would be concerning 💜

To clarify, for international orders, shipments may come from our overseas fulfillment center (closer to our manufacturing facility in Korea), which is why your package may appear to be coming from outside the U.S. All U.S. orders ship from within the United States, but international logistics can differ to ensure faster global delivery.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding your delivery (that’s not the experience we want for our customers).
