SCAM - AVOID!
ordered item 3 months ago and still no delivery. Refusing to provide refund.

Ordered £32 worth of goods on 31/10/24, not received and no reply to my email chasing delivery. Likewise, always look at the reviews before buying online.

Ordered in September. Similar to other reviews, 2 emails apologising and now no replies at all. £76.00 from account.

Do not buy from this company!! I bought my son a tent from here and never received it. I sent numerous emails not heard from them!!!

Product is cheap. Customer service is crap and they have no clue what they are even talking about. They said they couldn’t do a return until I received my product and I explained that I had my product for 2 days and they said no I didn’t. SCAM do no t buy anything from them!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!
I’ve been totally scammed! Ordered £32 worth of stuff on the 8.10.24. Got two emails from them apologising for the delay. But nothing has arrived and they are ignoring my messages. Lesson learned! Always investigate the reviews before you order from any company online!!!

This will teach me not to read reviews first. Been a month since ordering, no response to emails, I ordered for my daughter's birthday, I'm so upset, I was so excited to get her this and now her birthday is next week and absolutely nothing!!

STAY AWAY! Ordered Christmas presents and still not been delivered. They have gone silent on me now.

If I could go into minus for the review I would ordered a fort for my grandson express delivery which I didn’t ask for but was charged 8 week later and nothing just a generic email to say sorry for the delay ,don’t know how many emails sent with no reply no refund just it’s on its way £36 pounds out of pocket scammers all the way do not buy of any Facebook add it’s a joke

Ordered on the 24 Sept 2024 ($89 spent) & still no product. No tracking number and customer services says there are delays and I will receive a tracking number!
Has to be a scam! I am so pissed off!

Oh lord!! Where do I even start. I wished i had read/ come across these reviews before ordering a tent fort for my 3y.o autistic child. We’re still waiting for the product( ordered 15th oct2024) have sent emails back and forth trying to establish where/ what is going on! Tracking reference is not even recognised. I demanded a refund only to be told via email that they cannot refund, i have to receive and return product to qualify for refund.
Avoid like the plague. Still waiting…… so annoyed with myself for believing Facebook advertising. 2nd December still waiting…

It’s not even 1 star for this company after months of waiting I still havnt received my item or been offered a refund avoid.

Scam company.

Would give it no stars if I could. Unfortunately didn’t read reviews on this company first. Ordered an item over a month ago and nothing has arrived still. Happy to take your money and not send anything, very unhappy customer.

Ordered months ago and can’t get a reply email. The order number is invalid. I see a pattern here! Don’t do it!

This is by far the worst company I ever tried to purchase from. So I ordered my kids the tent from the advertisement they posted on Instagram and even with some bad comments I still gave it a shot. That was the worst decision of my life. It’s been about a month and a half now and they gave me BS emails and couldn’t give me my refund back. They also told me that they sent out another order and when I asked for a tracking number, it was the same tracking number from my first order. This company for sure is a legit scam and I would never give places like this a chance again.

Stop! This is a Scam company. Immediately claim from your bank. Your order will never arrive.

Also been scammed. Sad old Xmas day for my kid this year with no fort. Dirty dogs.

I ordered a Funtown Magic Building Fort & Cover for my grandchild on the 11th October. My money was taken promptly but so far I have not received my order. I have sent emails to Glowsubi who apologise that I haven’t received my order & keep promising to send another one. They have refused to refund me and only offer to send another one which never arrives. Don’t order anything from this company as they will take your money but not deliver the goods.

I ordered 3 magic forts for my daughter and nephews on September 25th. Still didn't receive the items. Customer service keep saying they will re send the items or refund the moneyif the shipment doesn't arrive but nothing has happened yet. I think this website is a scam.i am really annoyed
