The product I received looks a lot different than what I anticipated and what was pictured. It's junk. It looks like plastic straws, and plastic golf balls. I don't know how a kid could ever make a tent with that. I've contacted them twice and received no response. I guess I just learned a $50 lesson.

Absolutely terrible. Scam artists. My order 80$ never arrived. Track and trace numbers used are invalid. Customer service tells me that refunds are only done if the order arrives..... how backwards and messed up. This was supposed to be a Christmas present....

Do not purchase, if you have, contact bank immediately to cancel funds going out. I have bought a package from them and its been over 5 weeks and the tracking status has not moved. Email correspondence is a template used over and over. Basically a scam.

I would prefer to not even give a star!

Wish I could give 0 stars. It's been months. Nothing has arrived. Contacted my bank who refunded me my purchase when all of a sudden I had an email from glowsubi saying it is on the way. Another month has passed and it's not. Complete scam

This is a scam, item ordered, just fibbed off now no contact. Avoid!!!

Awful and has to be a scam! Terrible quality product, took 2 months to be delivered.

I was scammed! £42 for a pack of drinking straws and ping pong balls with holes in, the advert showed a good quality product and looked safe for kids but what I received was the opposite

Placed an order for the children’s fort thing (it looked ideal from the Facebook ad - more fool me I suppose!) on 30th September 2024.
Payment went through, and then I was sent the tracking details soon after - great so far.
Fast forward 5 weeks to today (7th November 2024) and still not received, no further tracking details supplied and multiple emails fobbing me off when I requested an update and more recently a refund.
Horrendous customer service, and I strongly suspect that it’s all a massive scam. Don’t bother!!

Placed an order with this 'company' for a fort kit that my autistic son would love. I should have known better. This was 09/17/24. Got an email 09/19/24 stating "shipping information received." There has been no movement nor updates since then. Today I received an email stating my shipping status has changed, which is nothing but a new tracking number. Still shows "en route from China." Several back and forth emails, including one deleted on their end stating I could request a refund after one week if there was no movement. I will be disputing these charges with my bank. This company is 100% a scam, in my humble opinion. Avoid at all costs!!!

After ordering on the 7th of September my order arrived today (4th of November).

What got delivered is not what is shown in the video. It’s far smaller than what is shown in the video and the light was not included.

Steer clear of this company. Save your money and buy from Amazon.

I do not recommend purchasing from this store. I placed my order on 10/14 and received an email with tracking information, but there have been no updates on the package. This could be a scam. Proceed with caution!

I didn't receive any of the goods I ordered spent £50 and got nothing in return. So disappointed these people are still getting away with conning people out of hard earned money.

I ordered an item they had placed an add on FB, which I now believe to be a scam, no goods delivered which I ordered on 20th Oct and no refunded money. When I placed the order I immediately received an email apologising for the delay in shipping, I have emailed since and got the same crap, sorry for the problems in shipping. So now I just want the £32 I paid these con men.

I wish I came on here first to read the reviews. I never received the product, there is no tracking info, I keep emailing and the response I get is that they'll update tracking soon. Total scam.

Scammed! Does not even send product , found via FB should of known better made the mistake of ordering 2 due to discount .

And when u comment on fb they then block you from seeing the post ! So u can't keep warning other people . Saying they're not liable for delays however they don't even send the package says waiting for seller dispatch! Disgusting

So annoyed that I didn’t check the reviews before ordering, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if 0 stars was an option. Placed order almost a month ago, still not received and tracking info hasn’t changed.
Keep emailing just be brushed off and told to keep checking tracking info and they can’t issue a refund until I receive the order and send it back! Even though it looks like I never will receive the order. TERRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER!!
