I couldn't find the specific type of pots I needed in the US and worried that it would take an eternity to receive them. They arrived lightning fast - faster than many domestic parts suppliers can ship. I can start rummaging around in my guitar sooner than expected. Super happy with this purchase experience!

I ordered 5 truss rods 2 weeks ago which were packaged poorly and when Royal Mail delivered the package it was in a clear sealed bag saying sorry items missing I contacted Mark and he is unwilling to refund or resend items until he has sorted it with Royal Mail and now he is ignoring my message explaining that the goods are their responsibility until I receive them but he is willing to sell me 5 more in the meantime he said he is a small business well so am I

I've bought a bunch of stuff from Glued to Music both expensive and cheap. The products have always despatched quickly and arrived fast.

This time i purchased an item that arrived incomplete - i contacted Glued to Music and within hours they had arranged replacement parts. Absolutely brilliant customer service, would recommend 10/10

I ordered 4 push pull pots. And they are horribly packaged,
Those uneven shape items loosely put in a bubble envelop. Ended up one with connector broken off. The packaging is al compresses. Left 3 messsges, no reply. Finally need to get on Facebook to get hold of them. Replying saying they will claim Royal Mail but never say they will send out a replacement or refund. Seller is supposed to pack accordingly and responsible for goods arrived in good order and reply to messages promptly and none of that happened.

What a fantastic company, great communication and next day delivery, you can't ask for better than that. And the products I purchased 2 sets of Gotoh Fender Stratocaster String trees are perfect and of top high quality. I'm really impressed with the company, their top quality products and excellent communication I will be Glued to Music in the future for doing my business!

I ordered parts from Glued to Music for one of my guitars, which were perfect. I then ordered the same parts for another guitar, but they were the wrong fit (totally my own fault). So I asked Neil at Glued to Music for advice. He recommended another part which I received 2 days later and it's perfect. This is a very good company to deal with. The advice is first class and very fast and I could return the incorrect items I ordered with ease. All retailers should be like this.

I dealt with Neal and Mark at Glued to Music in pursuit of some correctly fitting hardware for my Gibson Les Paul; this had proven to be a bit of a problem due to different dimensions in different territories etc., which I knew nothing about. The guys at Glued to Music helped me out with some excellent parts, which actually seemed to fit better than the OEM parts they replaced which was odd but welcome.

The hardware form part of a greater suite of refurbishment/improvement I'm carrying out on the guitar and I'm going to keep the guys updated on my progress and I believe they'll be posting pics online.

I would recommend them 💯% and I'm pretty sure I'll have more dealings with them in future.

After trying to purchase some guitar parts from companies I’ve always tried I wasn’t finding what I was after and by chance I found glued to music and a lucky find , they had all the parts that I was struggling to find. What I really liked is that they had spotted a situation where my order seemed to conflict with the parts I had purchased so before posting the order they had emailed me to check on a guitar bridge that was for a 7 string and the other parts were for a 6 string guitar. They were able to rectify my mistake and correct it before posting . This is why I now have glued to music as top of my go to guitar parts list . Thanks to an eagle eyed member of their team . That’s what I call a friendly helpful company. Would I recommend to others ? Well that’s a big happy yes .

Bought two Gotoh MK-18l control knobs for my 1/4" inch solid shaft CTS pots. The tops of the set screws are sharp and protrude from the control by approximately 0.4mm. This creates a significant opportunity for sharps injuries to the player's hand. I contacted Glued to Music via email to describe the problem and to request a return for these defective knobs as they are clearly unfit for purpose. They agreed to a return at my cost, but became evasive and defensive when I asked whether the return postage would be reimbursed via PayPal. I suspect Glued to Music's intention is to make the return and the return postage reimbursement so difficult and time consuming that the customer either does not return at all, or returns and eventually gives up on reclaiming the return postage cost.

ADDENDUM:
I provided Glued to Music detailed photos and a video which clearly showed the fully tightened, protruding set screws. Any tighter, and I would have stripped them. Despite this evidence, they did not want to answer the following question: "Do you reimburse return postage via PayPal?".
Instead, they responded with: "We only reimburse return postage for items that are confirmed faulty".
The tone of this response suggests a company that wants to avoid paying for return postage and does not trust their customers despite incontrovertible proof that the items are faulty. I would have returned the faulty items at my cost if Glued to Music's representative, "Mark", had confirmed whether they reimburse return postage via PayPal.

I bought some tuners that were delivered very speedily. After this I has a couple of queries as I was unsure if I had bought the right thing. I contacted Mark, who was brilliant, I got a very detailed reply with a full explanation on the tuners I had bought. I fitted them on his advice and now my guitar is complete. To get great service like this is rare. I am so glad I found Glued to Music they are absolutely brilliant!!
