Won't use them again
I rang Go Dutch on Thursday to enquire about their planter trays, as there was no information on their website about what was in them. I wanted to send a gift to a colleague who was recently bereaved and wanted to send something appropriate that they could plant and have as a reminder. I called on Thursday to ask what was included and was told I would get a reply by the following morning. When no reply came, I ordered anyway, as I wanted same-day delivery and trusted that a company with a reputation like Go Dutch would send something beautiful.
I was sending this on behalf of a group of coworkers and was embarrassed when I saw the video of what was sent. For one thing, the flowers were not in bulbs like they were on the website, but fully bloomed. I assumed there would be a mix of spring flowers, but it was all miniature daffodils and one random pansy in the back. You could get the same arrangement in Lidl for a tenner, but including delivery, it was over €50. To add insult to injury, when I immediately emailed them back to complain, they did not respond. There is absolutely no customer service from this company. I wanted to use a local florist, but I won't use this one again. An absolute rip off with no respect for their customers.

Rotten
If I could give it a 0 star I would. It was absolutely rotten. Flowers were old and weathered and not colour coordinated at all as if a colour blind person was putting them together, sunflowers were missing petals, I can go on and on. It was a disgrace, how could anyone think that the flowers they delivered was ok is beyond me. Do not use them if you don’t want to feel embarrassed.

Have been using go Dutch ie for a few years now and they never disappoint.
Living in the USA can make the gift giving a challenge, with go Dutch I can send the most beautiful flower arrangements without concern. They have always gone above and beyond. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Florist makes sure they look absolutely fabulous.
Very happy with all my purchases- will continue to use them for all my flower deliveries in Ireland.

A fabulous company
Stunning flowers, got a custom €50 bunch for a birthday occasion and it’s was a stunning bunch of flowers. The delivery man was nice and professional too. Thank you so much!

Flowers beautiful, delivey disappointing
Ordered flowers on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Found out sat morning that they were not delivered and called the shop. They were apologetic and said they would deliver on Saturday with a box of chocolates as apology. I called the person on Sunday afternoon and they still didn't receive the flowers. I called again on Monday. Apparently the flowers were left on the doorstep. They didn't ring the bell or call the phone number provided. So nobody knew they were there. And no chocolates. Whilst the flowers looked beautiful, the whole experience was very frustrating and embarrassing.

My Mother’s Day flowers cancelled by the florist, on the day itself.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this florist in Galway. I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day, hoping to brighten her day as I couldn’t be there in person. The delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday, on Mother’s Day. However, I received a generic automated email on the day itself, at 11:52am informing me that my order was canceled due to ‘inventory.’ Not a single email or call came before this; they waited until nearly midday on the day to notify me. I was devastated. My mother lives alone, and I wanted to send her love on a day that meant so much. I tried calling and emailing them afterward, and no one responded. This last minute notice is absolutely disgraceful. I will update my review if I receive any communication back from them, but as of now, this is where it stands. I am appalled and will not be using them again.
