I messed up the delivery date and sheelagh was so kind about it and efficient changing things for me so quickly. I even got a video of the arrangement before it went out to the person I sent them to, which was lovely as usually you don't see what is sent. Absolutely highly recommend, I'll be back ❤️

Just disappointed that a service I used…
Just disappointed that a service I used so much and was a truly great service no longer delivers to where I live but lets you order and pay only to be told later that your order cannot be fulfilled today. there must be a way to warn you that your order won’t be delivered on the day stated before you pay.

We do try to facilitate all our orders, and thank you for mentioning our great service for past orders. However, the team were not able to do this yesterday as the destination was an hour plus away from the shop, and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not fulfil it.
