This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He was thrilled and almost cried when he received it. The shipment was delayed but delivered on time for the birthday surprise.

Costumer-friendly is different // be careful with returns!!
Product is as expected.
Really have a good lookout on the procedure for returns and refunds!!! They are quite specific, i returned it and waited for a refund. When i contacted them, it was said that the product was "disposed of" and i couldn't get any refunds.
No answers on my mails asking for further explanations and help.

We have looked into your case carefully, considering the conditions of your order cancellation and the deadlines specified in our refund policy.
Unfortunately, and as we have already informed you, we have to refuse your request on the following grounds:
- In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Instead, you rejected the delivery and didn't inform us about it until 12 days after doing so.
- We accept products within 14 days from the moment of purchase. After submitting the cancellation, we'd have gladly sent you a confirmation message and the specification to send the goods to us.
- Instead, your shipment was returned to the wrong address and disposed of safely.
