Pretty simple. First pair of GS 2.0 i got just didn't work. They sent a warranty pair. The second pair worked for hearing protection but they are sub-par as far as a phone or audio headphone set. I paid extra for a 2 year warranty and sadly when I made several attempts to contact them through their website, they never acknowledged my concerns or honored the warranty. This is why they have a poor review rating and likely why they don't allow reviews to be left directly on their website. Highly recommend a set from walker. Better price. Better quality. Much better customer service.

I lost my charger case in the woods while using hunting. Tried to order another charger and they don’t sell individual parts for their product. So when something goes wrong with their product, you are screwed. Don’t buy this product!’

I placed my first order with AXIL after seeing their promotion: “Save 50% When You Purchase 2 or More of Any Item.” I purchased multiple MX PROs, X30i Earplugs, and MX Plates specifically to qualify. Instead of honoring this, AXIL applied only 35% off and later told me the 50% “only applies to Top Selling units” — something that was never stated anywhere.

After I pointed out the math, they issued a partial refund, but not the full correction (shorted me ~$27.28 with tax included). Calling it a “courtesy” when the site’s language was clear is manipulative and insulting.

AXIL products may be fine, but customers deserve accurate promotions and full accountability, not half measures and the expectation to magically know about unpublished terms.

Would you be happy if someone grifted you in person? Then why is it okay to do so online?

Update [1 star -> 3 stars]: After continuing the conversation with Lynne, the customer service representative, which included images of the promotion presented to me along with the math errors in what I was charged/refunded, I was given the remainder of the refund and shared positive acknowledgement.

They do a great job.Excellent for concerts.I wore them while sleeping in a room with snoring people and was able to get to sleep easily.Comfortable and affordable.Can recommend
