We are a Kent-based family business, established in 2001. As GoCruise we (Tina & Tony Hammond) initially focused all our efforts towards the cruise sector and with that experience behind us, we remain cruise specialists, representing the vast majority of cruise lines on the world's oceans and rivers. However, as GoCruise & Travel we are now able to source and book your perfect land holidays too. Whether that is an African safari, a relaxing beach holiday, an adventure to the Galapagos or a short city break at home or away. Having laid the foundations and built up the business, Tina retired from the customer facing side of the company in 2010. After graduating from Southampton Solent university in 2019 our son, Dan, joined the business. Dan took his first cruise when he was just 18 months old and brings with him a younger generation's view of cruising. Whilst living in Southampton he acted as Port Agent for Royal Caribbean, Azamara and Marella cruises, gaining experience of the often-unseen side of the cruise industry. When Covid hit in 2020 Dan spent a great deal of his time helping our existing clients with the necessary re-booking of holidays, but he also took time out to help the wider community, answering questions from concerned holiday makers across social media channel

To contact GoCruises & Travel
Returned home last night after a very memorable 2 week cruise on Azura. I was assisted by Dan throughout the initial process and I look forward to future cruises through him. I thoroughly recommend GoCruise & Travel generally. Dan appears to be at hand whenever required, not just during normal office hours. Hope Dan has time to wind down. Thank you Dan!!

Fantastic all round service!
What a fantastic cruise - Celebrity Ascent round the Mediterranean. Dan was exceptionally helpful and just couldn’t do enough for us. From start to finish and even after we’d got home, his attention to detail and supporting all my (sometimes silly) questions was better than we could have hoped for. His knowledge of cruising and the cruise companies was just what we needed to help make our decision. And Dan was also a great sounding board when things cropped up we didn’t understand. Can’t praise him and GoCruise enough - will definitely book with them again!

Can't imaging anyone more helpful than Dan
As always Dan is the most helpful person you can imagine. Recently P&O & Cunard changed their disable policy causing many people to have their cruises cancelled. By the time I had received the official notification emails, Dan had already confirmed our P&O cruise was still OK, and moved cabins on our Cunard cruise to get the last available accessible cabin. This is outstanding service, and what Dan does every time.

Would not book with anyone else!
Title is the truth! We came across Go Cruise & Travel by hearing others that had used them to book a cruise. We booked a group cruise for my 40th birthday for 13 people and Dan was excellent with every single one of us that booked, ensuring we had everything we needed for our holiday. He explained everything well and was really helpful for those of us that were first time cruisers. We were really impressed and since then would not even consider booking with another agent.

A first class individual service
A first class individual service. They get to know you, your likes and dislikes before selling you anything. Dan has become a friend as well as a service provider. His knowledge of cruising is extensive. He is always keen to contact you if there are any offers or extra benefits available for something he thinks might appeal to you. The service does not end after you have paid for your holiday it continues until you return. A quick check to make sure everything was as you expected it and if there was a problem he is always there to help.
