SCONSIGLIATO: CARO ED INCOMPLETO.
Ho ordinato cover personalizzata ipad 2021, spendendo 30 euro e dando per scontato che fosse "completa"... In realta è arrivata solo la parte sopra (quella che va sullo schermo) con due calamite del ca77o che si attaccano nemmeno bene al bordo e basta.
Tutta la parte sotto (guscio che copre la scocca e gli angoli) è mancante e dunque l'ipad sia se cade sia nell'uso quotidiano sicuramente si rovinerà e righerà dietro e negli angoli. NON CONSIGLIATO.

Ho ordinato la mia cover personalizzata il 29 gennaio, purtroppo il traking del pacco non si aggiorna dal 9 febbraio e esce scritto not avaible nella posizione…mi serviva per un regalo urgente ma non credo ormai arriverà in tempo..dispiace molto…spero almeno che arrivi e spero vivamente che mi facciano sapere qualcosa della mia cover

Visto il gran ritardo dell'ordine contattai il sito per avere notizie, invece con grandissima velocità arrivò la risposta che per rimediare all'accaduto ne avrebbero inviato un altro senza pagare nulla. Il disegno sulla cover è perfetto, tutto dipende dalle immagini che si inviano. Spediscono in giornata, non è colpa loro se le consegne subiscono ritardi.
Massima serietà.Solo un consiglio se posso, con il corriere GLS è molto più veloce che con POSTE ITALIANE.

Service team arranged complimentary re-delivery of the item I ordered 21/01. Item has since been received and its great 25/01!
Great service recovery.
Ordered an iPad case on 26th December 2021 estimated delivery 10th January. Email received to say delay and this will now be 12th January. Item still to be received - contacted customer support who constantly send through the tracking link with no updated information. Advised that this would be then received by 19/20th January however item still not arrived.

Terrible..ordered a case then told an…
Terrible..ordered a case then told an hour later it was cancelled but the money was taken then it magically turned up a week later only for it not to fit even though it was for the correct phone..oh and no response to emails despite sending several.

I ordered a Christmas phone case…
I ordered a Christmas phone case personalised for my wife. I payed extra for delivery to come on time. The case come today. I am very disappointed in the quality an the picture resolution on the case it is very poor for what you pay. The picture is not correctly aligned on to the phone case either. The picture was taken on a Samsung s21 ultra good quality camera. Will not be ordering from this company again.

non ho mai ricevuto il mio ordine, ho contattato la GLS per indirizzo incompleto, in realtà l'indirizzo è esatto, ma non riesco a sapere nulla, mi continuate a mandare una risposta in automatico che non serve a nulla!
Non capisco di quali altri dettagli abbiate bisogno, considerato che Vi ho fornito il n. ordine #85502843 e il Vs. SKU 90243070103 del 25.09.21.
Di seguito la Vs mail di conferma del 25.9 con tutti i dettagli.

Ordered an iPad case for my wife’s…
Ordered a iPad case for my wife’s birthday in August , allowing for plenty of time for delivery as her birthday is in October. The delivery has still not been sent and it is now the 11th October , maybe Santa might bring it !
Stay clear from ordering from this company !

Mycket bra
Letade länge efter en hemsida med bra reviews, och hittade till slut denna. Vissa snackar om lång frakt men jag valde att betala 50 kr för frakt och de kom inom en vecka. Super bra kvalité på bilderna man valt, gillar det verkligen!

Mai più un acquisto con loro
Ho richiesto una cover, personalizzata, per un Samsung S9 PLUS. Mi è arrivata invece la cover (CON COLORI SBIADITI) per il Samsung S9 (NO PLUS). Ho compilato almeno 5 format di richiesta rimborso ma nessuno si degna di rispondere. Un vero schifo. MAI E MAI PIU'...LONTANI DA Gocustomized
