Goddard Dunbar Opiniões

As a Executor of a Will that's never done anything like this before, all paper work for the sale of the property was all done and dusted in 4 months and the property finalised. As the seller of the property you have to show the buyer exactly what they are getting as in furnishings and white goods if any, it can look daunting but Goddard Dunbar walked us all through it. So I've decided to use them again in the purchase of my own property.

I have recently experienced the loss of my beloved father. Goddard and Dunbar assigned me with a lovely probate practitioner who helped and supported me from the start of the process until the very last moment. They offer such a excellent professional service and I honestly couldn't have got through one of the hardest life events without them, specifically Olivia.
I would recommend them to anyone!!

Great service from the team throughout.

My dad recently passed away and we instructed Goddard Dunbar to do the probate for us.
We dealt with Jessica from the Stoke branch. Jess was so helpful from locating mums death certificate and doing a will search. She was a true star in difficult times so a big thank you from all the family.
Cost wise we thought it was good value for money and stopped any stress.
Thanks Jess Neil and Ian

Goddard Dunbar took up the reins for us when we had to dispense with the services of a solicitor who was out of her depth.
Selling a property that is in trust is not straightforward but young Elliot simplified the whole process for us. His work ethic was professional for all of his work and communications with us. I cannot find fault with anything. He was polite and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.
I would like to thank Goddard and Dunbar as a company for acting on our behalf.
Our estate agents were very impressed and have said they will happy to recommend Goddard Dunbar should any of their future sales are in Trust.

I cannot thank Abbi enough for the support and professionalism she showed while helping me deal with matters relating to my late father’s estate. This has been an incredibly emotional and difficult time for me, but Abbi handled everything with great care, patience, and understanding.

Her guidance throughout the process was clear, reassuring, and highly professional. She took the time to explain things properly and was always responsive whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. Her compassion and respectful approach made a situation that felt overwhelming much easier to manage.

I am truly grateful for the help and support she provided and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone needing a knowledgeable, reliable, and empathetic legal professional.

Fabulous service! The team were absolutely fantastic every step of the way and we had such a positive experience. Communication was exceptional, we were provided with regular updates, my questions were always answered with great detail and nothing seemed too much trouble. Sarah was incredible and really looked after us. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fabulous service, was kept in contact every step of the process. Big thanks to Emily who went above and beyond to make sure the process was quick and smooth. Will definitely recommend. Thanks again

Really poor experience...

Please stay away... we got passed onto Associates... the solicitors never present

My mum recently sold a property via Emily at Goddard Dunbar. The service was super smooth and she was kept informed every step along the way. Emily even checked in when they were awaiting reports etc so stop her from worrying. Second time using the conveyancing services and would definitely recommend.

Probate and Conveyancing Services.

I had occasion recently to use Goddard Dunbar to help in the execution of a relative's estate.
The service provided was first rate, very professional. All of the staff I had contact with were warm, friendly and a credit to their profession.
Would certainly recommend.

We were recommended Goddard & Dunbar by our mortgage broker when starting the process of buying our first house, and everything from start to finish was wonderful. Danielle Rushton and team dealt with our conveyancing, and I cannot recommend enough. As first time buyers and never using solicitors before, we were unsure of what to expect, however we were updated daily via email and sent everything we needed and more. Everything was made very simple and we were reassured throughout the whole process, and Danielle was always happy to help and simplify everything for me when needed. We understand things can differ for everyone, however we put our original offer in on our home on the 7th July and instructed Goddard & Dunbar to proceed on the 16th July and we have now completed, and agreed on exchanging on the 19th September.

All in all I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their first home or moving house in general as the service provided by Goddard & Dunbar, particularly Danielle Rushton herself was perfect.

fast efficient service

So Grateful to GODDARD AND DUNBAR AND ASSOCIATES FOR Helping with providing a will for me in there March free will Month. For a donation to a Charity of my choice. They gave me a professional, friendly and a fast efficient service.I highly recommend them. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Abbi Hancock and all there team.

We recently used Goddard Dunbar to act on our behalf in our house move and they were fantastic.
Carole, Danielle, Lilly, Jennifer and the rest of the team really looked after us and put our minds at rest during what would otherwise have been a much more stressful time. Despite another area of the chain being much less responsive our team always responded to us really quickly and I trust that they acted on our behalf with integrity, professionalism and grace.
Thank you to them all and we will definitely use the firm again for any needs which we have in the future. We have already recommended them to friends and family.

We used Goddard Dunbar for the probate of my mothers estate, it was great to have someone else dealing with all the queries and paperwork we received and calling on our behalf, Olivia Fenton-Brammer made this whole process a lot easier for us, it was a great service, many thanks

We used Goddard Dunbar for our sale/purchase of our home and we cannot speak highly enough of their services! The whole process was so smooth and hassle free. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, there was always somebody on hand to answer questions and assist us. We would like to give a special mention to Danielle Rushton who looked after our case file so well and was wonderful throughout. Professional yet approachable and always friendly and happy to help! Nothing was too much trouble! We will absolutely be recommending Goddard Dunbar to friends and family! Thank you to the whole team!
