Goddard Dunbar Opiniões

We received an excellent service from Abbi Hancock whilst sorting our wills and poa. She explained everything to us with a wealth of information. Answered all of our questions in a professional but friendly manner. We were given the time and never felt rushed. A lovely young lady who is a credit to Goddard Dunbar.

Abbi Hancock knows what she is doing when it comes to our LPAs and Wills. She was confident, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and patient with us. Just what you need when you don’t totally know what you’re doing 😊.

We went through some iterations of our wills and she was very supportive and understanding that these things take time.

I would recommend Abbi, and her colleague Ryan for a professional service that was competitively priced too.

We received excellent service from Abbi Hancock whilst writing our wills. It was very straightforward and she explained everything very clearly. We now have our wills stored with Goddard Dunbar and I would recommend their will writing service to our friends and family anytime.

Recently purchased a property and used Goddard Dunbar as my solicitors after they were recommended by the sellers Estate Agent Platinum Property and I’m so glad I did. Ok they’re not the cheapest but you actually do receive a 5 Star Service. I was allocated to Carole’s Team and throughout their service whilst they were always very polite and friendly the staff always maintained a professional manner. What stood out for me though most of all was their communication, I received an email during every part of the process and when I was promised a phone call I actually received one. I appreciate that people say that buying and selling a home is a very stressful time, but believe me Goddard Dunbar do their very best to keep those levels to as low as possible, so would I use them again? You bet I would.

Fantastic quick efficient service from Abbi Hancock, great recommendation by the RNLI.

Following the sudden death of my mum I learned that I was named as executor of her estate, a role I knew nothing about.
Someone who was also going through the process recommended Goddard Dunbar as that was who they were using. I'm so eternally grateful that they did.
The whole process has taken over a year and been challenging due to the complexity of my mums estate. Luckily for me the whole process was handled by the amazing Olivia Fenton-Brammer. What a star! I am eternally grateful to Olivia for expertly handling the whole process and keeping me updated at every stage.
If you are looking for a company to handle the whole probate and estate settlement process for you then look no further than Goddard Dunbar.

Excellent company to deal with on all levels.
Friendly professional staff who communicate well, always answer phones and when they promise a call back they absolutely do it!
GD made my house purchase and sale as stress free as is possible!

Great service during a recent house purchase. Everything processed on time. There are inevitably lots of forms and formalities which Elliot helped us navigate brilliantly. Highly recommend the company and Elliot.

I would recommend Goddard and Dunbar to everyone. Absolutely brilliant, we used them for a house sale which was under pressure for the stamp duty deadline, they worked tirelessly, efficiently and got it through in time. Special mention to Emily Jones who went out of her way to ensure the difficult sale went smoothly, she really couldn’t have done any more. We Really appreciate all the hard work. High recommend

All of the staff that we delt with have been very professional and caring in a very difficult situation that we found ourselves in. Would thoroughly recommend Goddard Dunbar

This was the second time we used Sharon & Elliot to handle our family affairs and once again they were both amazing. Their extensive knowledge of new build properties was invaluable. Elliot is so calm does not get flustered and always comes up with a solution when our buyers solicitors were being picky. Would recommend both and the company they are excellent.

Danielle was exceptional to work with for the sake of my house, highly recommend.

Sharon Plane and Elliot Rogerson-what can I say-absolute brilliant service from start to finish. I was consistently updated at every stage of the conveyancing process and all our questions were answered promptly and without the use of 'legal jargon'. Would highly recommend their services.
Thank you both so much.

Excellent and efficient support during the probate process.
Also were very good at the conveyancing required to sell my Mother's house.

Dear Hannah, Sharon and the team!
