Great people, great product, great service.
If only all companies operated like Go Decking!

Honest company, always available on the phone, delivered when promised, exact quantity as ordered. Would definitely order from again and recommend to others.
Product was not the best quality but in line with the very competitive price.

Appreciated the delivery being on time and decking carried to my work area by a good natured driver.

Product range limited but not such a bad thing if they have what you want. I guess they can concentrate on a smaller range better than a large range similar to a good restaurant.

Received good advice on the telephone. Very knowledgeable about their product.

Once ordered delivery on time and unusually their delivery driver was happy to unload the 3.4m lengths and put them where I wanted rather than just kerbside delivery that seems to be the norm these days.

Boards look good waiting installation. Nice and uniform with no blemishes.

After not going on holiday through this COVID year my wife convinced me to "do the garden". Really pleased with the composite deck I got from this company, think it was the Ancient Wood I went with in the end! Really quick delivery and great service.

After an initial disaster with the delivery (damaged boards) Direct Decking were brilliant, they sent the order again and collected the damaged boards.
Easy to lay and look fantastic, walnut boards

Excellent price with a Excellent service. Had a few slight issues (slight damage in transit, totally normal and expected), however Ashleigh rectified within minutes and goods replaced with in 24hrs. I will be promoting to anyone who I'm in conversation with with regards to composite.

The deck material is of good quality, so are the fittings included. The service i received from point of ordering to point of delivery was impeccable. I will recommend this product. My deck looks absolutely fantastic thanks to Direct Decking.
