From an initial telephone call to the purchase of UPVC blank posts the service was excellent and would save this Company for the future!

Nothing was too much trouble. You offered help all the way through. Fence looks magnificent and had loaded of compliments. We had to overcome a problem with the posts. They should all be lined to make them more sturdy. The post for the gate needed much more strength as gate is very heavy. We overcame this by lining post with wood so screws held more strongly. Product is superb though.

Happy with the fence itself, relatively easy to install and looks good. Website itself needs improving as the ordering process on the website is neither clear nor easy. I had to call company for help with ordering (which I see from other customer reviews is a common issue). Other than that, and the hefty £75 delivery charge), no complaints and would recommend.

Very helpful with the ordering process. When I asked questions they came back quickly. We did feel the posts are overly long but the quality of everything is very good. Delivery was sooner than expected.
