Terrible once they get your email you get nothing but spam UNSUSCRIBE
NEVER SUBSCRIBED
DONT GO NEAR THEM

Very bad customer service unfortunately I was trying to buy from the website many times but they declined my ID verification once due to changes in my address only although I provided my password and bank statement with my name and address then I couldn’t buy again!!

Excellent service, furqan suddique served us and his sales are excellent moreover he’s a very humble man. The jewellery designs here are also the best and affordable.

I love the price and customer service very quick answer and they do next day service

I bought the things and after they canceled the order telling me they dont deliver in United States.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely staff, very happy with the service.

Had what I was looking for at a fair price. Good communication & fast shipping.

Went to Goldbank as we had listened to the advert so many times. We were dealt with by Leanne who was so helpful and definitely knew her trade. We were taken into a private booth so we had maximum privacy.
We took bits of jewellery we had inherited over the years from parents.
Whilst we did not have any idea what we thought the value would be we were most surprised and have been able to put the money to a well deserved holiday. Cash or bank transfer offered without any questions. Thank you Leanne, I will be back when I have gone through my collection of jewellery, collected over the last 40 years 😀.

I am so pleased with the service.staff are very friendly specially Mr ALI is very helpful.totally recommended.

Excellent service

Great service, excellent packaging. Thank you

Quick, well packaged and nice item.
No complaints

I haven’t received my order yet ( since 31/12/23) And I haven’t received any email only to write a review! I’m really disappointed!

Visited Gold Bank with a few items of unwanted jewellery. Was dealt with by Shannon, very professional
service and very reasonable prices. Will certainly use again in the future.

VERY GOOD PRICES. FAST FREE DELIVERY. I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

U cancelled my order

Item was perfect

Order placed on Saturday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning. Exactly what I ordered. Well wrapped/protected. My only issue is, the listing didn't describe the product as coming with a protective case so I bought additional capsules which it turned out I didn't need. I won't score them low for that. It would have been much worse if the items arrived battered and bruised from smashing against each other in transit (which they didn't). Already placed another order.

Easy shopping and safe. Doing well
