Unfortunately, their customer service replies only and until you issue an order, after that they disappear.
Consider it some kind of Scam.

Ich war mir erst nicht sicher, ob ich für eine Handyhülle so viel Geld ausgeben soll. Aber ich lieber Lederprodukte und das Design hatte mich schon überzeugt. Als es nun schon nach einem Tag ankam, war ich hin und weg:) Einfach überragende Qualität und tolle Verpackung. War als wenn ich mich selbst beschenkt hätte. Danke an Goldblack.
They say you have a 14 day return window. But they never respond to communications regarding the product or returns. SCAM! Their products are nice, but if it’s not what you want, forget any hope of return or customer service. Terrible! Would NEVER recommend. To be avoided.
