Per review of your account, you have been a subscribe and save customer since May 2024 and had subscribed to receive 6 bottles every 6 months. Prior to any recurring shipments or charges, you are sent an email approximately 10 days prior with the respective information so that you may cancel in a timely manner prior to being charged or being shipped product.

Per review of our records, you received an upcoming charge email on 5/11 indicating the next charge would take place on 5/22. You were charged on 5/22 and shipped the respective product. We received an email from you on 6/09, and we proceeded to cancel your subscription as requested.

We do feel this is an unfair review given that you have been a customer since 2022, signed up for subscription in 2024 and we timely cancelled that subscription upon request. We will gladly issue you a refund on your last order if you ship the product back to us, as per our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.

We see you are a first-time customer, so thank you for taking a chance with our company and our products. As a first-time customer, we just wanted to inform you that our company does have a 90-Day money back guarantee on all orders placed through us.

In reviewing your account, you had signed up for our Subscribe and Save program when you placed your order on May 20, 2024. You received an "Upcoming Charge" email on November 11, 2024 stating the next charge would be on November 20th. You had managed this subscription online, and skipped this shipment moving your next order to May 20, 2025.

You received an "Upcoming Charge" email on May 10, 2025 stating the next charge would be on May 20th. We charged the card on May 20th at 12:09am and sent the confirmation email. We can see you logged into your account on May 20th in the evening and skipped the following shipment that was scheduled for November. The May shipment had already been charged earlier that day and would not have been an option to skip at the time of your login, which is why that shipment went out to you. For future reference, you will need to call or email our customer service team for same day charge / cancellations. This cannot be done via the online portal.

A member of our support team has already been in contact with you, we have set up a return on this shipment for a full refund and cancelled all future shipments.

Hi Larry,

Thank you for being a new customer. Our records indicate you have been taking our product less than a month. We recommend all our customers take the product a minimum of 2-3 months to allow your body time to absorb all the ingredients and experience the full potential effects.
