Peace of Mind

Great friendly helpful customer servicr
Ella was bright, helpful, attentive and patient. We enjoyed a chuckle or two, and I felt I was being treated well by a knowledgeable young lady who was able to answer all my questions and seek advice on one question she was not sure of. I appreciate someone that says, "I am not sure, can I quickly consult with my manager" rather than someone who tries to bluff that they have the knowledge they patently don't. So full marks for Ella. Thanks.
