@Yasmin served me with professionalism and knowledge. A polite, calm disposition, with patience and a warm reception. A delightful young staff member who came across very well. Yasmine showed me that great customer service is still out there, if you are lucky enough to strike both the right company and staff member. For @Yasmine it was about offering the customer (me) the best experience giving me time to consider my options and to discuss it with my husband. Although I live in WA - it was Yasmine in NSW that swayed me to take on Golden Insurance. Yasmins attitude and professionalism without any pushy sales talk was what made me warm towards the company rather than pull away. I highly recommend Yasmine as a pivotal sales consultant who will make this decision making process smooth & effortless. Yasmine was good enough to forward everything to me in my email so I had it in writing to discuss with my husband. Well done Golden Insurance for both hiring and training such a wonderful consultant.

We compared quite a few companies and found Golden suited our needs best. They were very helpful and professional over multiple contacts over a few weeks. Our contact was with Nic, who was very patient and always pleasant and very helpful every time we spoke.

The person who l spoken to was real good too. Ifound him to be not pushie and easy to talk to him and asked all my questions l asked. And took the time to explain things to me and let me know what was going on about the people doing my application
