very poor after service

very poor after service, brought a ring as an anniversary present didn't wear it for 6 months and a diamond fell out within 6 months. Contacted Goldtouch who eventually replaced the diamond for free but had to wait 9 weeks for my ring with little response to emails. I even got accused of saying they sold me a secondhand ring (which I didn't say). What i did say was that I has paid a lot less money for rings and they had not lost any diamonds or other stones. Would I buy from them again? No!

My hubby has always suprised me with a beautiful piece of jewelery from the shop in fuerteventura they always make you feel welcome and make you feel comfortable no pressure to buy service with a smile pleasure knowing all staff now mr mrs hughes .

Very personal approach

Very personal approach. Bought my wife the most unique diamond necklace and ring set. Have come back to the island 3 years in a row to holiday, and always purchase something!

Great experience in Caleta

I had a great experience in Gold Touch, Caleta. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. I bought my first Breitling watch and I'm very happy with it.

Fantastic Service And Products

First time into this store and we were greeted by Deepak. He was wonderful to deal with, understood what I was looking for and I ended buying my first TISSOT Seastar 1000 Powermatic. Absolute beautiful watch. I will certainly be returning to do Business with Deepak again. Thank you so much.

Muy contenta con el servicio y atención recibidos en Fuerteventura, en la tienda de Castillo.
