This company is a scam. 100% a Scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THEM.. They sent me the wrong trainers. Then like so many people have said in their reviews. Offered 40% of the price to keep them. Then informed that they would need to be shipped to the US for a refund. I’ve filed a section 75 refund with my card company now to get my refund.

I ordered New Balance Trainers for £80 and I received too small, fake, ugly trainers. They offered me 30% return. For fake trainers!!! And do not want to cover the return package costs, as it should be send to America even tho the address is in London? I am so so so disappointed. I just lost my money, time and lost probably some hair from the stress. Thanks a lot

I bought some new balance trainers for women although only a choice of 3 had all the sizes pleased with purchase good quality and good price. Recommend them are a genuine site!

I ordered a a pair of New Balance shoes on 16 July. I had a question regarding shipping and sent them an email on 22 July and received a polite and informative email response the following day on 23 July. The New Balance shoes are original with original tags etc and arrived on 28 July, within the provided 5-10 business day window.
Great price and customer service.

If I could give a zero I would! Ordered without looking at the reviews- big mistake! Sent an email saying cancel before dispatching didn’t hear back for 5 days and then they send this message when I haven’t even received the order!! They know they are sending fakes which is disgusting. Recover the below email which is automated ( AS I DONT HAVE THE GOODS)We understand that the item was not quite right. Normally, to receive a full refund, returns need to be sent back to our U.S. warehouse, which is where your product was originally sourced from. However, we understand that returning to the U.S. can be costly and complicated, especially from the UK.

Raised with my payment provider and trading standards. Clearly not alone here!! Customer service is non existent and same email copy and pasted.

Ordered ASICS Novablast 5 with standard delivery and received an order confirmation text instead of email and have still not received them, I sent the company a request for an update and got an email stating they were in transit. I have now asked to cancel my order and I am waiting for a response.

I received an email- which stated they would cancel my order and give me a refund but they would deduct 10% as a cancellation fee? I then requested a full refund again and I am still waiting to hear back.

After sending several messages through their contact us page stating my consumer rights and raising the transaction with my bank I received a full refund from the company. I have unfortunately been receiving a lot of junk emails from numerous senders I do not recognise and have now flagged these with my email account holder and authorities so they are able to trace exactly where/when my details were leaked.

Sold me fake New Balance trainers. Asked for a refund and was offered 30% discount to keep product safe areas of a full refund😡…will never shop there again and will report them to Trading Standards. Have raised a payment dispute with my card provider

The Titleist ProV1 golf balls they are selling are fakes . They look the part but are duller, not the same weight or texture as the real deal . They took 3 weeks to arrive from China given the tracking info received, despite the packaging saying Cannock on the packaging .

I have ordered a pair from a legitimate UK retailer and viewing the shoes side by side it is very clear that these shoes from Golfado are fake. When I told Golfado this, the response was 30% refund and to keep the shoes! Shame I can't upload a photo to show the difference, but it is very obvious if you know the shoe or have one to compare

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Escalated through my payment provider to get my money back

*EDIT* you can see from the shop reaponse that they are taking no responsibility for the error. Look at the website it clearly says UK size 8 and the box I got says UK 7.5. Avoid. I will open a dispute with my bank as this is against UK consumer rights

Do not order from here. I bought a pair of New Balance trainers. When they came they sent a US size rather than UK size as was noted on their website and my order invoice . US sizing is a good half size smaller, so they were too small for my feet. I asked for a replacement in the right size and a returns label for the wrong order. They replied it costs too much to send back and offered a 30% refund.......??!?! On a pair of expensive trainers too small for me to wear that they sent in error? Eh? When I said no, I want full refund, they said I need to return them at cost to me (wh8ch they had already said was expensive as had to go back to the US) when it was their mistake. Issue is still ongoing. About to make a dispute through my payment provider.

update: after having accused me of lying first, now here they admit a mistake however I confirm I have not received any email from them indicating any of the below.

Novablast shoes came after 10 days. I tried to cancel via email before shipping but had no reply. Shoes are clearly fake: on the side the writing says FFBlostMAX instead of FFBlastMAX

Be careful ordering from this company . I fell for the fake pro v1 golf balls. Ordered online, stupidly not checking other reviews that they were fake. Contacted them by email where they admitted "that the item wasn’t quite right” their words, and offered a 30% discount.. No thanks, so I refused delivery by RM and ask them to return parcel to sender. Return address on parcel 153 Blakeney way Cannock WS11 8LD. Consumer rights says you can refuse a parcel if you have suspicions it’s not the genuine article that you believed you were ordering and that you should be fully refunded. But these rules don’t apply for Golfado, they still want me to send parcel back to America even though its not in my possession.! I now have no other option but to contact my bank and report this as fraud I will also forward my complaint to trading stands.

Avoid at all costs. Fake goods from Ch!na. Ordered New Balance and firstly queried why they were taking more than a week to be dispatched. Received the usual generic, make no sense email back. Then two days later shipping info, from a strange ‘company’ in China that you couldn’t actually click on the link they tell you to.
Low and behold, ten days later they arrive, not even good fakes.
Emailed them and they offered me 30% refund to keep as “they had an unusual shipping and returns method whereby they had to go via the USA”. Haha, i know, laughable.
Just shocking how they now set up fake companies looking so legit.

Sent me the wrong size Asics trainers and they were fakes.

Ordered on 10th July, still nothing. I have sent two 'contact me' questions ('we will respond within 24 hr') - No you don't - no response at all to either contact form or email.

Bought 3 boxes of pro v1’s - 2 as prizes and one for myself. After the first hole is using one of the balls, the Titleist marking on the ball became smudged. Obvious also from hitting the ball it wasn’t right. Switched to second ball and after a couple of holes, again Titleist marking smudged. Not happy that goods being sold are potentially not the real deal.

Do not purchase anything from Golfado as they sell counterfeit goods. I ordered New Balance trainers and they looked decent, but I used a UV light under the tongue and the NB emblems didn’t show up so they are fake. I emailed them to arrange a freepost return and they offered a 20% refund and for me to keep them. I will now be escalating with the bank but save yourself the trouble and avoid!!!!!!!!
