- text
- ball line
I have asked for a full refund but looking at the comments it doesn’t look like I’m going to get one

Only 1 star as it won’t let you select 0. Ordered 6 dozen pro v1 balls. Turned up and they are clearly fakes. I’ve played these balls for years and can tell the difference. Asked for a refund and got offered 20% refund which I rejected. Then I got offered 40% or I could get a full refund if I payed to ship them back to their US warehouse. This goes against trading standards as it a UK company and against the return policy on their website.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

To clarify, the golf balls were sourced from legitimate and trusted suppliers, and while the packaging is refurbished, the product quality is consistent with what we offer across our store. This also allows us to provide them at a more competitive price.
As stated in our return policy, we requested the items be returned to our U.S. warehouse, which is the original point of shipment. A full refund is issued once the return is received.

Pro V1s are fake
Pro V1s are fake, period. I received 36 balls and my close friend who is a scratch golfer and worked at Havering trading standards confirmed this.
They offer 20 then 40% off to try to put you off. They then tell you the return address is in the US which is against the law as this is a UK internet transaction with the balls being sent from Cannock. By law you have 14 days to return goods without any reason.
They contravene consumer contracts regulations 2013 and also the trademarks act 1994.
Steer well clear and dont put up with any bull regarding returns.

Ordered on the 20th June. Still not received my order! They wont provide me any tracking and now having to start a chargeback for £800 with amex. Please please avoid and never buy from these scammers

Please note that your order included 25 boxes, which required us to split the shipment into 3–4 separate parcels for customs and logistics reasons — as clearly explained in our earlier email communication. This caused some delay, but we’ve ensured every package was shipped and tracked accordingly.

Fake balls advertised as genuine at a discount!
Ordered a pack of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls and immediately on unboxing I could tell they were fake. The text rubs off very easily and the balls sound completely different to genuine bought through a reputable dealer. Obviously I was sucked in by a significant discount. Please avoid this store at all costs!!
Edit: although Golfado claim the packaging is "refurbished", the item description does not mention this on their website or the Shop app. Again, another dubious claim by a fraudulent company.
I also spoke with Titelist Acushnet in the UK who confirmed that Golfado are not authorised distributors of their official products, so again, more lies by this scam business.

Ordered 3 boxes of Titleist ProV1’s - they have arrived and are clearly counterfeit. Phone number not working.
****In response to the below, the packaging is cited to be refurbished but the balls new - this is not the case, they are very clearly counterfeit as others have pointed out. You are also messaging me about making me pay for shipping back to the USA (note, none of your website returns point to the USA, you’re simply trying to discourage me) and you’ve offered both 20% & 40% off SHOES. I have subsequently raised a chargeback and you’ve asked me to cancel it because you know it incurs extra fees. Stop scamming people. ****
