Fantastic service from Golf Pairs from the very start. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend going through golf pairs in the future!

Booked a birthday treat for my husband, not a golfer myself but I was able to understand it!

Lots of courses to choose from at far less than normal green fee prices, personally am not a member of a club so this gives me lots of choice to play different places, already good value before the chance of prizes.

Really straight forward with booking a tee time, the scaling price is ideal for me who can’t get out of work until the PM for a knock, looking forward to playing in the summer!

I would highly recommend GolfPears it is always a terrific day out well organised

We booked a golf trip through Golf Pairs and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The communication was clear, quick and professional throughout. Every detail was handled from tee times to accommodation, which made the whole process stress-free.

If you’re organising a golf trip and want it done properly, I’d highly recommend Golf Pairs. We’ll definitely be booking again.

Booked wrong tee time and they sorted it all straight away. Super efficient.

Booked for Windermere today, however the course was closed due to bad weather. The problem is that Golf Pairs did not email me!!!!! We drove 65 miles each way to get there and no suitable response from golf pairs!!!

I was booking for an event next April, and inadvertently selected the wrong time. I got in touch and Alice was able to resolve the situation quickly, efficiently and demonstrating superior customer service.

Would recommend Mizuno Golf Pairs for the quality events they run and for backing that up with superior customer service.

I have a £300 issue I'm trying to resolve and phone calls go straight to voicemail and emails not responded to. Very poor in my opinion. I'll keep trying.

I've played a large number of Golf Pairs events and overall enjoyed them. However the event I played in at Charthills GC was the end of the Mizuno Golf Pairs road for me. A horrific weather day which we battled through to post a score in the competiiton, just to find the winners marked their own card and won by 7 points. Not a level playing field if you want to compete for the prizes.

I've played in a couple of these events. If the event is a good price and on a course you want to play then go for it, however wouldn't recommend as I don't believe all golfers meet the handicap requirements. Not very well organised, poor administration. Calls are not returned. Also, when their commitments fall short, no refunds are issued so approach this business with caution.

My enquiry was handled quickly and effectively by Alice. I was happy with the communications and the outcome worked for me.

The second time we have played in the 3 day Northumberland Golf Pairs competition unfortunately due to a tee time booking error by ourselves we were unable to play on day 3. The on site Golf Pairs event manager was unable to accommodate our request to change the tee time so after we completed our round on day 2 we informed her that we would withdraw from the day 3 event. Golf pairs then managed to remove our results completely from the day 1 and day 2 competitions, which I can only assume is a simple administration error on there behalf which you assume could be easily rectified, however trying to get hold of them and receiving the courtesy of a reply has proved impossible. Overall the events whilst enjoyable to play in the premium you pay for the organisation and competition in our opinion is not worthwhile, in future we will look to book open competitions directly via Golf Clubs or via Golf Empire.

Prior to an event I needed to contact GPT but really struggled to reach anyone who could help me. My enquiry was about a specific event so I rang the number on their website 01386 291 000. I got a voicemail saying it was a busy period of the year and to leave a message and someone would call me back. They didn’t. Next I tried the email advertised on the website orders at golfpairs.com. I also tried the WhatsApp number advertised +447599502353. After 2 days both replied asking me to contact another email address that isn’t advertised events at golfpairs.com!!
I eventually got a reply from this email asking me to speak to the event organiser at the event itself. Extremely poor communication all round. Ironically it wouldn’t surprise me if someone quickly replied to this negative review.

Golf pairs ltd is always interested in selling tee times at their various events and send me emails everyday. Our team have sent various emails over a week and had no reply whatsoever! They are less interested in answering questions or helping if you need to flex tee times. Their prizes are often misleading as they are mostly vouchers for the following year’s events and not impressive vs the cost of the booking. We won’t use golf pairs again.

This is my third year booking with the Mizuno Golf Pairs events, and they just keep getting better. From the booking process right through to the events themselves, everything is always smooth, professional, and really well organised.

The team does a fantastic job – great communication, top-quality venues, and a brilliant atmosphere every time. It’s such an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Already booked in for 2026 – that says it all!

What an amazing GPT event over the last two days at St Mellion. Everything from the pre organisation - on the day registration, the live scoreboard, the Charity Hole. The course was immaculate - if you are thinking about joining the GPT don’t hesitate. Just a wonderful experience - so much fun and I didn’t even play that well - but will definitely look forward to next year in Cornwall
