Only currently following my first course but i find it very interesting and well explained. Plus having short exercises in the middle of the course related to the theme and the explanation is a really great idea to make it more dynamic.

The courses are great! The videos are clear and the practice questions really help cement all the ideas from the ideas.

You feel the passion behind the vision. I just love being on this site learning about Go. And with every detail you feel that the team behind Go Magic enjoys teaching just as much. The videos are not only informative, but exciting to watch. Vadim is very captive with his way of explanations! Plus: the skill tree feels so fun to complete for a beginner like me. Overall, Go Magic offers a bunch of great things. The skill tree problems are quite good, I'm excited to start playing in the Go Magic League, and the lectures/lessons are well produced. But the price charged for all these things is just vastly too high. $30 per 3 months for a highly limited selection aimed at beginners? $100 per 3 months if you want access to the best courses!? I will likely not be renewing my subscription after my first 3 months run out

The quality of the courses. I really like the way Vadim and most of the instructors whose courses I've seen on the portal present their courses.

Go Magic is a great place to enjoy and learn the game of GO. Their classes are awesome and the skill tree keeps you on the track everyday and it makes learning so efficent and fun. Very very recommended!!

Helped me to go ahead a lot in go game, videos and go problems are excellent sources for go

The online puzzles are glitchy. It will, for example, tell me I am playing black, and then if I undo a move it has me placing white stones. It has hard to just try things then back up a bit and try again.

As a beginner, I wish I could also play the puzzles through a bit more. It will for example tell me toimprove my position and then it tells me I succeeded but I can't really tell why because I don't have the experience to see a few more moves out. I wish it would allow me to play further to explore the implications of what I learned, or show more about why it is better.

The videos are excellent - that was the big attraction.

This website has been great for learning go. I use the courses and the skill tree daily, I’m a beginner, and they’ve improved how I play. And the recommended courses for your level are accurate; I’m challenged by the reviews frequently (which means I just need to study more). There are things I don’t use like the Sudoku mini game and use less like Atari Go but their inclusion doesn’t hurt. But yes, I like this website and can easily recommend Go Magic.

Go Magic has been a fantastic resource! I love advancing through the skill tree, it’s really well structured and makes tracking progress easy. Their videos are also engaging, interactive and well explained. I really like that the videos are broken down into bite-sized segments, with quizzes in between to reinforce the concepts.
