Keep up the good work.

Extremely disappointed in their service. They have a fake deals on instagram they don’t really sell them. I contacted them right when they put the post up they kept telling me someone will reach out to me 24 hours later I got a text saying sorry it’s sold out. They put fake advertisement. Their service is extremely bad. Do not fall for their scam schemes.

Excellent product by design and quality and the way Gomila handled their customers

Ordered three pairs of shoes. After much difficulty with fitting and adjustments finally got the shoes after weeks of back and forth. The first shoe I tried broke after 4 wears. No rough usage. Only office and back. The shoe was a little ill fitting to start with and couldn’t be worn for walks and visits to malls so it was for formal office use only. Broke down even then. Now I am worried about the other two pairs as well. Horrible experience. Their quality has slipped significantly. Won’t go back to this company again. Alas!!

1 leather shoes with custom red under sole which I wore for my daughters wedding
1 sueade Chealsea boots with red under sole
I’m been stopped and been asked were did I get the shoes and the boots
Absolutely brilliant service gave the exact size of my foot measurement they dropped at my mums house in pakistan within 2 weeks
My wife brought to ireland very very unique now I’m planning my winter footwear with Gomila have to say outstanding to the detail

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after two consecutive disappointing experiences with this seller, I feel it is my responsibility to warn other shoppers before they make the same mistake I did.
Foolishly, I gave them a second chance — hoping it was just a one-off issue. It was not. My second order arrived with the exact same defects. The product quality was, if anything, even worse. The same poor substandard materials, the same mismatch between the listing photos and the actual item. Customer service this time around was even more frustrating. Messages were left on read for days, and when I finally got a response, it was a copy-paste reply that clearly hadn't taken my specific complaint into account. There was no accountability, no urgency, and absolutely no effort to make things right.
It is clear that this seller has no interest in quality control or customer satisfaction. Selling a defective product once could be an honest mistake — selling the same defective product twice to the same customer is simply negligence. I have since raised a dispute with the platform and would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere.
Do not waste your money or your time.

Bespoke or ready to wear, Great quality and amazing service and variety of products.

The online ordering system is easy to use. The only issue was, I had to chase up after waiting 10 days to get the shoes delivered.
